Woman sues Imagine Music Festival for being ran over and dragged by car at the festival.

Imagine Music Festival and Atlanta Motor Speedway are under heat after a woman filed a suit against them. The woman is accusing Imagine Music Festival of getting ran over and dragged by a worker’s car at the festival’s 2016 edition.

Suzanne Randall was relaxing on the grounds of the annual electronic dance music festival in Georgia when a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox drove through the grounds and ran her and another woman over. The driver Alexander Cueller was working for Chamblee-based Windpouch, a company that makes hammocks.

“He then backed up after festival goers began yelling at him to do so,” the suit, filed in DeKalb County State Court, says. “While backing up, he dragged Ms. Randall for some distance with his vehicle.”

The festival organizers have declined to comment on the accusation as well as the speedway representatives. The other defendants, including 1 Alliance Security Group and Consulting, Big Boy Security and Windpouch, didn’t respond immediately.

Randall ended up with a broken pelvis and sustained painful abrasions. She spent a total of 5 days in the hospital and according to details from the suit, she says she “was forced to learn how to walk again”.

Randall seeks for damages that will be determine in court.
