Jamback debuts on CircoLoco Records with “Positive”

Dutch DJ and producer Jamback makes a powerful debut on CircoLoco Records with “Positive,” a track that fuses raw emotion with club-ready energy. Beneath its hypnotic groove lies a deeply personal story – one shaped by loss, reflection, and resilience – turning the track into a statement of intent:

“I wrote ‘Positive’ after losing my mother to lung cancer,” Jamback shares.

“Everything felt heavy, and I needed to find a way to turn that pain into movement. It’s a journey through grief and rough edges, but also a release – and eventually, joy. I hope people can feel that emotional shift when they hear it.”

Anchored by a gritty bassline and bubbling synth motif, “Positive” is as functional as it is cathartic – designed for big systems but loaded with heart. Its tension-and-release dynamic has made it one of the most buzzed-about IDs of the summer, earning heavy DJ support from Chris Stussy, who opened his first set at Coachella 2025 with it and has kept it in rotation ever since.

Sonically, “Positive” captures the essence of Jamback‘s sound: authentic, energetic, and original – it’s minimal and stripped-back in design yet bursting with emotion, bridging the underground Dutch house scene and CircoLoco Records‘ global aesthetic.

Having already hit No. 1 on Beatport with releases on Eastenderz and Home Studios, Jamback‘s CircoLoco Records signing cements his rise as one of the most exciting names in modern house.

His music has earned support from Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, East End Dubs, Rossi, Sidney Charles, and Toman, while his latest campaign stretches across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia – including stops at Shelter (Amsterdam), Tempo x Dunia (Hong Kong), and Dunia (Bali).
