AREA 21, came out of the shadows with the debut of their new single, ‘We Did It,’ as the theme song for YouTube Live at E3.
Martin Garrix, the producer behind the group, along with vocalist, Maejor, have laid pretty low ever since they dropped the track, ‘Spaceships,’ at the 2016 Ultra Music Festival, and only putting out, ‘Girls,’ just a short while after.
However, the wait is finally over as prominent Canadian video game journalist, Geoff Keighley, revealed the duo’s new single at YouTube Live as its theme song for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), a popular video game trade show.
Of course Garrix is still killing the game as EDM’s youngest superstar, continuing to top global charts, selling multi-platinum records and headlining festival main stages around the world. Keep up the good work dude!
‘We Did It’ officially drops June 23 via Martin Garrix’s STMPD RECRDS. Don’t forget to check it out!
