Avicii tribute at Tomorrowland

If there’s any festival that demonstrates how much of an impact Avicii had on the world, it’s definitely Tomorrowland.

Titled simply TIM, Avicii’s third LP is to be released on June 6th. As from 17:00 h CET, Tomorrowland‘s One World Radio will broadcast integral Avicii‘s posthumous album. The 12-song collection was largely complete before Avicii – the Swedish artist born Tim Bergling – died in April 2018 at the age of 28.

Album tracks were finished by a trio of production teams Bergling had worked with throughout his career and with whom he’d been making the new songs before his death.

Swedish songwriter and producer Avicii may be gone, but his family is making sure his music doesn’t go unheard. After being teased with ‘SOS’ and ‘Tough Love’, Avicii fans can’t wait any longer for the release of what will be one of the biggest albums in the EDM scene.

“TIM” features collaborations with Coldplay‘s Chris Martin and Imagine Dragons and expands on the electronic dance music sound that made Avicii a juggernaut on the music scene and festival circuit.

Avicii created music that brought people together with timeless memories from all over the world. He made his debut at Tomorrowland in 2011, and played his hit ‘Levels’ for the first time at the Belgium festival.

Tune in HERE at 17:00h CEST and discover the full album first on Tomorrowland – One World Radio.
