The set-up for this special edition of PAROOKAVILLE at Germany’s Weeze Airport is fully underway, but not for the 210,000 PAROOKAVILLE citizens who attended last year’s edition.

This year’ attendees consist of 200 lucky ticket winners – joined by hundreds of thousands of fans at home! This July 17th and 18th PAROOKAVILLE festival will be broadcasting two days of this year’s mini version of the crazy party town, specially created with the festival’s most iconic city elements.

Tickets can only be won, but the streams can be watched worldwide for free! PAROOKAVILLE is acclaimed for its unbelievably multifaceted Festival City design, created with great attention and love for detail. With a 360° open-air set-up using the most beloved elements from the city, they’ve got the perfect setting for this year’s special TV production.

The superstar DJs will perform on a circular stage in the centre of the setting, surrounded by 25 separate lots to be occupied by four citizens each, who will only move around on the festival site between the shows and in compliance with the hygiene and infection protection measures. Friday will be marked fully by the exclusive PROSIEBEN IN CONCERT show with star DJ Felix Jaehn.

PAROOKAVILLE Live From The City

The pre-party, powered as usual by PENNY Supermarket, will kick off with Topic, Tujamo and David Puentez from 7 pm CET to get the party started in the living rooms and gardens of the fans watching from home!

On Saturday the livestream presents the whole range of the festival’s many genres. Parookaville super-fan Alle Farben will be on hand, along with Fedde le Grand and Lari Luke.

And W&W and Brennan Heart will also ensure that fans of harder sounds get everything they’re looking for! A wedding, live cooking, styling sessions and video calls with fans from home. Another highlight of this special edition will be the civil wedding ceremony for Sabrina and Marvin in the Warsteiner Parooka Church on Saturday afternoon. And the church will also be open for the 200 ticket winners to hold friendship weddings of their own.

Next door, Moskovskaya will have plenty of extravagant outfits and airbrush tattoos for the perfect festival feeling to break out of months of party abstinence. And on Saturday the PENNY Tower will be transformed into a party kitchen where influencers @instawaffel and @justineschlue will conjure up tasty snacks for the audience.

All of the fans at home have the chance via video call to appear live on large LED video
screens in the city and be a part of the show. During showtimes the Parookaville crew will be checking all of the posts with the hashtags #parookaville and #livefromthecity and sending invitations to the party crew.

Official ticket sales for 2021 start on July 17th. When PAROOKAVILLE 2020 had to be cancelled everyone who had purchased a ticket was given the opportunity in the returns process to already go ahead and buy tickets for the 2021 festival. And the organisers aree delighted to report that 70% of the ticket holders took advantage of this chance! Nevertheless, on July 17th starting at 12 noon CET, Visas will go on sale in all categories for the 2021 ticket sales.

All ticket and accommodation categories from this year will be on offer again for 2021, and at the same prices as for 2020. We refused to raise the prices because we’re looking out for you!
