Labyrinth Events, the UK’s pioneering independent promoter renowned for staging world-class live music experiences in iconic and unconventional spaces, announces the next headline artist for Labyrinth on the Thames 2026.
On 8th August 2026, internationally acclaimed electronic duo Adriatique will headline London‘s majestic Old Royal Naval College, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for a landmark open-air performance.
The duo will present X, their acclaimed immersive audiovisual event series, exclusively at Labyrinth on the Thames, the only opportunity for UK audiences to experience X in 2026.
Curated by Adriatique (Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer), X sits at the intersection of music, art and technology, pairing deep, emotive melodic techno with cinematic, high-end visual production in some of the world’s most extraordinary locations.
Having taken X to the most awe-inspiring locations from vast marble quarries in Greece, the dense jungles of Tulum in Mexico, to the foot of the Giza pyramids in Egypt and London’s Royal Albert Hall becoming the first DJs ever to play the venue open-to-close, Adriatique have become synonymous with transforming natural and historic landmarks into immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Each edition of X is designed in dialogue with its surroundings, fusing cutting-edge sound, cinematic visuals and a deep sense of place. Now, X arrives in London for its next evolution, set against the historic architecture of Greenwich’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Adriatique‘s return to London follows a remarkable run of sell-out performances with Labyrinth.
With eight sold-out headline shows delivered alongside Labyrinth to date including their debut of X at OVO Arena Wembley in 2024, the partnership has become one of the most defining and successful artist-promoter relationships in the UK electronic music landscape, rooted in Labyrinth’s long-standing commitment to identifying, nurturing and growing artists from the earliest stages of their journey.
Having headlined major festivals and remixed global hits for artists including RÜFÜS DU SOL, Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd, the duo will bring their timeless catalogue to life with special guest vocalists, alongside a meticulously curated line up in its lead up on the day.
The event’s lighting and visual production is delivered by High Scream, the visionary studio behind X from Adriatique and some of the world’s most globally recognized live productions, including shows at Madison Square Garden, Coachella and landmark Ibiza residencies.
Adriatique present X on the Thames forms part of Labyrinth on the Thames 2026, the acclaimed open-air series celebrating contemporary music across the first three weekends of August.
Running from afternoon into night until 11pm, the 17th-century riverside landmark will transform into a truly unforgettable global dance destination, set against the Thames and London’s iconic skyline. They join an already anticipated 2026 series with headline dates from Overmono, Dom Dolla and Moby.
