Swedish DJ Eric Prydz he’s been paying special attention recently to his techno alter ego Cirez D.
Eric Prydz delivers another Cirez D production. It’s dark, banging, and full of industrial textures, which is to say, it’s exactly what his fans have waited for.
The first track is “Backlash,” a melodic techno number formally known to fans as “Soundcheck ID.” It’s a typically pummeling Cirez D concoction, complemented with a more minimal, tribal-inflected B-side known as “The Tournament.”
