DJ arrested after man fatally overdosed in his New York city apartment.

George Lopez aka DJ Keoki, a Salvadoran-American DJ who began advertising himself as “Superstar” shortly after moving to New York City, was arrested in an allegedly drug-filled apartment in New York after authorities were summoned to investigate the suspected overdose death of Thomas Felty who produced for NBC, Universal and other studios.

According to the New York Post, George Lopez and Patrick Walsh had woken up to discover that Felty wasn’t breathing after the three of them had met elsewhere and retired to DJ Koeki’s apartment.

The DJ called the cops who responded at about 5 A.M and they found a trove of drugs that included three large gallon size zip lock bags and six half gallon sized zip lock bags containing methamphetamine inside a black bag on top of a cardboard box.

They also found nearly $27,000 in cash along with 150 ecstasy pills and other drugs.

An initial investigation found that Felty, who is originally from Tennessee, had an enlarged heart and had taken narcotics, police sources said.
