In 2003, the Dutch party organisation, Q-Dance founded the Defqon.1 festival idea and has been a large movement ever since.
Since it’s founding, Defqon.1 has turned itself into one of the premier hardstyle music festivals for the hard dance community. The festival’s main goal is to provide the world with the best hard dance music and to expand this sub-genre into a global scene.
This past weekend more than 60,000 hard dance music lovers gathered at the Defqon.1 festival in Biddinghuizen, Netherlands and were left completely blown away after the festival spectacular ‘end show’. The festival ended in perfection with pyrotechnics, an abundance of synced lasers and an absolutely insane firework show.
