Polaris Festival Celebrates 10 Years with a Stellar Lineup

From 21 to 23 and from 27 to 29 November 2025, Polaris Festival will celebrate its tenth edition with many new features in Verbier, the alpine village located in the Canton of Valais, in French-speaking Switzerland.

The tenth edition of Polaris Festival will pay tribute to the pioneers and acclaimed stars of electronic music, while at the same time giving deserved space to many new talents — creating a musical thread that connects past, present, and future.

The festival will be enriched by a program where music, cinema, immersive arts, and new technologies meet in the best possible way.

At Polaris, Laurent Garnier will deliver an exclusive five-hour set, Sven Väth will perform at the Swiss festival for the first time, and DJ Koze will appear with one of his rare DJ sets.

Carl Craig will blend techno and jazz as only he can, while Omar S will once again offer his uncompromising sound. Nina Kraviz will bring her distinctive, magnetic techno, Moodymann will give lessons in soul and groove, and Honey Dijon will once again prove why she continues to redefine the club culture scene.

Marcel Dettmann will perform live (a rare occurrence), while Danilo Plessow (MCDE) and Jayda G will showcase their unique sonic worlds. Completing the lineup are Flo Real, Laolu, Marie Montexier, Mirko Loko, Tereza, Toy Tonics Krew, Suze Ijo, and Eva May – just to name a few – all representatives of the new electronic generation, ready to make their mark in such a significant context as Polaris.

To celebrate its tenth anniversary in the best way possible, Polaris will move to a new venue: Espace Saint-Marc, characterized by bright design and striking architecture. Just ten minutes away by cable car, it will offer greater comfort, improved accessibility, and an unprecedented acoustic experience.

The main stage will feature an exclusive collaboration with Kinetic Light, an industry leader and the creator of Berlin’s Dark Matter and Skalar projects. At Polaris, they will present a monumental light installation entitled MIRROR MIRROR.

Polaris extends beyond its main site to embrace the entire village of Verbier. The Verbier Cinema will host the Swiss premiere of Desire: The Carl Craig Story, followed by a discussion with the artist and other festival participants.

A new area at Gare des Ruinettes, located at 2,200 meters above sea level, will become a lively daytime club. Finally, with Polaris OFF, the whole resort will come alive: Farm Club, Soár, Farinet, Farinet South, and Le Rouge will host parties during both weekends, helping make the tenth edition of Polaris truly unique.

Located at 1,500 meters above sea level in the Canton of Valais, Verbier is part of the 4 Vallées ski area. Nestled in a sunny region between the Grand Combin and Mont Blanc massifs, the town is considered the pearl of the Valais Alps thanks to its beautiful ski slopes and historic center with wooden buildings in the traditional Swiss chalet style.

It is an ideal destination for those who love sports, nature, good food, relaxation, and – thanks to Polaris Festival – high-quality electronic music. Verbier is less than 200 kilometers from Turin and about 250 from Milan, and every year it attracts more and more Italian visitors during the weekends of Polaris Festival.

Across a storied 15+ year career, Simonelli has explored all corners of house and techno, weaving in elements of melodic, indie, and tech sounds. His catalog includes releases on some of the scene’s most vital labels, such as Carl Cox’s Intec Digital, Nicole Moudaber’s MOOD, Oliver Huntemann’s Senso Sounds, and Kevin Saunderson’s KMS Records.

EXIT Festival Announces 2026 World Tour and First Locations

EXIT will tour through Egypt, India, Malta, Croatia, Macedonia and Serbia as part of ‘The First Chapter’

EXIT, one of the world’s leading music festivals, is entering a new chapter in its history. After announcing that it will not be held next year at the Petrovaradin Fortress, due to political pressure from the Serbian authorities over its support for student protests, EXIT is embarking on a world tour that will bring its signature festival energy to exciting locations across the globe: from the Mediterranean coasts of Malta and Croatia to the magical Great Pyramids of Giza and the exotic landscapes of India.

Here’s what Dušan Kovačević, EXIT CEO & Founder had to say:

“After 25 years at the Petrovaradin Fortress, EXIT is now spreading its wings to the world. We aim to unite continents through our festivals and carry the spirit of freedom wherever we go.

For us, music has always been more than entertainment – it’s a powerful force that brings people together and builds bridges between nations and cultures. Our mission is to awaken new generations to believe that a better world is possible, and that it all starts with each one of us.”

EXIT Festival 2026 location
EXIT Festival 2026

The announcement of the first destinations took place 50 meters above Amsterdam, at EXIT‘s traditional party during the Amsterdam Dance Event, held at the spectacular Crane Faralda.

The first stop of EXIT‘s tour will be Croatia, where the Sea Star Festival will take place in the Adriatic gem of the Stella Maris lagoon in Umag, Istria. Over the years, this festival has hosted major global acts like The Prodigy, Wu-Tang Clan, Paul Kalkbrenner, Fatboy Slim, Amelie Lens, and Nina Kraviz, with the next edition announced as the strongest one yet.

June kicks off with a festival in Macedonia, while August brings a festival adventure across several stunning locations in Malta, in collaboration with G7 Events, one of the island’s leading local promoters.

In October, the EXIT team heads to Egypt, where contemporary rhythms will meet the timeless legacy of the Great Pyramids of Giza. EXIT‘s partner on this project is Venture Lifestyle, Egypt’s leading event promoter, known for organizing performances by global icons such as Solomun, Peggy Gou, Carl Cox, Anyma, and many others — in front of the pyramids and at other exclusive locations across the country.

November brings two metropolises: Mumbai and Belgrade, both known as cities that never sleep. This will mark the first time EXIT organizes an event in India, in Mumbai, a city recognized as the country’s business center, as well as the capital of Bollywood and entertainment.

For the audience in Serbia, EXIT has prepared something special: the fan-favorite and underground electronic music gatherings at No Sleep Festival, winner of the Best New European Festival award, will evolve into one of the biggest raves on the continent.

Belgrade’s legendary party marathons have so far hosted artists such as Amelie Lens, Nina Kraviz, Indira Paganotto, Bicep, Lee Burridge, I Hate Models, Artbat, and many more.

More information about each destination, as well as the rest of the EXIT Global Tour 2026 program, will be announced in the coming weeks.
