Four Tet enlists Ellie Goulding for a collaborative standalone single, ‘In My Dreams’, out now Three Six Zero Recordings. The pair previously collaborated on ‘Baby’ from Four Tet’s 2020 album ‘Sixteen Oceans’, and the producer also provided a Grammy-nominated remix for Goulding’s 2022 track ‘Easy Lover’.
Having been teased for fans since late Spring, most recently at his Finsbury Park All Dayer, ‘In My Dreams’ charges out the gate with all the excitement a new Four Tet track warrants.
What begins with an aggressive BPM and wobbly bass slowly unfurls into something more melodic. Bells and chimes soften the track before Goulding soars in, her wispy voice a perfect partner for Kieran Hebden’s typically more subdued oeuvre.

Speaking about the release Four Tet said:
“At the end of last year, Ellie texted me with a couple of voice notes for a song idea. Words and melodies she was singing into her phone, and she asked me if I could use them to make something. She’s told me in the past she likes to send me vocals that I can just use as sound and turn into whatever I want (which is how our song ‘Baby’ happened a few years ago).
I found other noises to go with it and made ‘In My Dreams.’ She added some new vocal parts, but we ended up keeping the voice note recordings as the main vocal. I guess the first take is often the most magical. I wanted to make something that was all about juxtaposing harsh, aggressive sound with the delicate and intimate.”
Next month, Four Tet heads stateside to headline Portola and CRSSD Festivals in San Francisco and San Diego, respectively, having already announced two headline UK shows at Warehouse Project on 19th October and DRUMSHEDS on 2nd November.
Earlier this year, he shared his twelfth studio album, ‘Three’, a milestone which Pitchfork described as “deftly incorporat[ing] virtually every style of music that he’s made over the years.” The album also drew praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard, and The Needle Drop.
Cercle Records is releasing COSMOS, the third instalment in their annual vinyl compilation series. The exclusive eight track compilation is in conjunction with their highly acclaimed and sold out festival that took place in May.
The latest edition of the comp features music from Indira Paganotto, Ann Clue, Bantwanas, Romain Garcia, Brina Knauss, Vitalic and Notre Dame. Their compilation series aims to represent the dynamic range of electronic music and provide a platform for new talents.
In celebration of the comp, each single (excluding those from the live streamed performances) will be accompanied by a compelling video series titled MATTER. This innovative concept delves into the profound relationship between music and the physical world, with all videos inspired by the theme of the 2024 festival, air and space.
The videos will be released on the Cercle Records YouTube channel, providing an audiovisual experience for fans. The MATTER series is directed by the talented Josef Gatti and produced by Cercle’s Head of Video, Mathieu Glissant.
Each video promises to enhance the listener’s connection to the music, bringing a new dimension to the festival’s artistic expression.
Cercle Records ‘Cosmos’ Vinyl Compilation
Kickstarting the comp is Romain Garcia. Born in Paris with Spanish roots, he has always infused his music with diverse cultural influences. In 2020, Cercle Records released Cappadocia, a collaboration with Ben Böhmer which garnered over 22 million streams. The artist kickstarts the compilation with Kako, a captivating blend of melodic house with driving percussion and a mesmerizing vocal, ideal for closing a set.
Up next is the African collective Bantwanas with Mama, a deeply emotive, organic afro house cut, positioning them at the forefront of artists who are redefining African house music. The collective’s sound is a danceable and soulful blend that captures South African musical heritage while innovating in the electronic music genre.
They frequently collaborate with various artists, enriching their music with diverse influences. Known for energetic and immersive live shows, they incorporate live instruments and vocal performances with electronic elements, creating a sensory experience for audiences. They have released music on notable labels such as All Day I Dream, Get Physical Music, and Anjunadeep.
Notre Dame is a Parisian electronic music artist, musician, and producer who has been influenced by French electronic legends like Daft Punk and Justice. His emotionally driven music has caught the attention of influential DJs and led to international recognition. The artist has performed worldwide and released music on prestigious labels such as Innervisions, Cercle, and Human by Default.
His featured single Kids Never Stop Dancing, is an indie-dance piece with an upbeat, groovy melody and positive energy, embodying his message of warmth and freedom.
Brina Knauss, a Slovenian DJ, is celebrated for her perfectionist approach and exceptional DJ skills, creating a strong connection with her audience through her music. She has performed on prestigious stages worldwide and shared the stage with renowned artists like Carl Cox, Solomun, Dubfire, and Black Coffee.
Her track Drowning is an indie melodic house piece characterized by a fast melody, heavy kick, and varying rhythms, blending indie and house notes with touches of techno, evoking a summery, solar atmosphere.
Vitalic is a pioneering French electronic music producer and composer, renowned for his influential debut LP OK Cowboy, which achieved gold status. In 2021, he announced a tour for his fifth album “DISSIDÆNCE” while celebrating his 20-year career.
Vitalic was also nominated for the Best Motion Picture Soundtrack at the 49th César Awards. He has collaborated with artists like Kiddy Smile, I Hate Models, and Miss Kittin, and remixed works by Björk, Daft Punk, and Mylène Farmer. His track You Are Not Alone, featuring Vimala, showcases a techno-influenced sound with melodic, dark disco, electro, and techno elements, culminating in a signature massive drop and an organic, instrumental melody.
Ann Clue, a passionate German DJ and producer, has rapidly made a name for herself in the electronic music scene. Known for her high energy and deep, hard-hitting tracks, she has quickly ascended to performing at major festivals like Awakenings, Ultra Miami, EDC Las Vegas, Time Warp, Sonus, and OFF Sonar. Her single Ethereal exemplifies her powerful and energetic style, featuring cosmic themes, heavy kicks, and futuristic vocals, taking listeners on a dynamic sonic journey.
If Only I Knew is a high-energy track that conveys nothing but positivity, and is a masterclass in Denis Sulta‘s signature style, combining infectious melodies, pulsating rhythms, and an uplifting energy that transcends the dance floor.
Born Hector Barbour in Glasgow, Scotland, Sulta is a renowned DJ and electronic music producer celebrated for his vibrant and eclectic sound. He burst onto the scene with the 2015 hit It’s Only Real, which quickly established him as a key player in the house and techno genres.
He has released tracks on prestigious labels such as Ninja Tune, Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, Numbers and his own imprint, Sulta Selects. Alongside his musical output, Denis has played at Berlin’s Panorama Bar, Ibiza’s Pikes as well as showcasing his ‘Sulta Selects‘ takeovers at Tomorrowland, ADE and Printworks.
Concluding the comp is Indira Paganotto, one of Spain’s most iconic artists who is famed for her diverse and rhythmic sets combining 90’s and contemporary underground techno. Indira‘s energetic eclecticism and constant smile have become her trademarks.
She has performed at major festivals and clubs worldwide, including Awakenings, Tomorrowland, Circoloco, and EDC Las Vegas. Collaborations with renowned artists like Charlotte de Witte and Nina Kraviz have further elevated her status. Blackbird SR-71 is a powerful cut featuring oriental throat singing and a trance rhythm in true Indira style.

DJ Tennis and Ashee reveal their new collaborative project Tenashee, along with A/V installation SUPERPOSITION in partnership with lauded visual artist MAOTIK.
The installation has been unveiled at London’s W1 Studios, and will remain in place throughout September, with the Tenashee live A/V show to debut on September 19. A concept as at home in galleries and cultural spaces as it is in the live environment, this marks only the beginning of Tenashee’s story and evolution.
The Tenashee project contrasts boldness with intricacy, melody with sound design, and subtleness with intensity. It combines shared musical roots—IDM, drum & bass, and ambient—with a view to experiment, sidestep genres, embrace extremes, and create immersive art-driven worlds for those touched by both music and visual-art to step into.
MAOTIK is a French digital artist focused on crafting immersive environments, interactive installations, digital architectural sculptures, and audiovisual performances. Nestled at the intersection of art, science, and technology, his work has been presented at international festivals and institutions worldwide such as Mutek, Sonar, Oi Futuro in Rio, Art Basel, Frieze London, FIAC Paris, Signal Festival in Prague, the British Film Institute in London, Miraikan Science Museum in Tokyo, B39 in Seoul, and more.
Designed specifically for the unique architecture of W1 Curates, a multi-screen immersive art platform, SUPERPOSITION uses lines and cubic geometry to alter the perception of space, transforming the environment—including both the interior and exterior of the building—into a fluid, evolving structure.
By analyzing frequency and tempo, the visual composition starts with simple elements that gradually become more complex over time, layering graphical components that react independently to different aspects of the music.
The visuals respond to a musical piece from Tenashee, based on deconstructed sounds and elements from the forthcoming body of work so far, a project the duo has slowly developed since 2020.
The project was conceived during the pandemic when DJ Tennis found himself stranded on a Caribbean island while producer/DJ Joseph Ashworth (Ashee) was housebound. Producing in isolation, and limiting themselves to the musical instruments they had to hand, the duo found themselves in an especially creative state, sharing sounds and sketches as interesting ideas arose, and they finally connected in Ibiza to develop the music further.
A need to step away from dance floors, and rediscover the pleasure of making music without a destination—simply enjoying the process—sparked the collaboration. From conceptualization to realization, the installation and the live show mark only the first two steps in an uncharted creative journey.
Together with MAOTIK, Tenashee will also be debuting their live A/V performance at W1 on September 19. A singular blend of immersive visual elements, compelling musical artistry, and an enhanced sound system, the debut show offers a first look into the evolving Tenashee universe, with plans for collaboration across the worlds of electronic music and interactive art to be revealed in time.

Glaswegian DJ and producer powerhouse Denis Sulta returns to CORE Records with his brand-new single ‘M.O.A.’. Following up his first track ‘Gluhen’, which he released back in July, ‘M.O.A.’ is the second offering of Sulta’s 2-track EP. A vivacious and energetic piece, it stands out as an innovative and catchy track, embodying the signature ‘Sulta’ sound.

“‘M.O.A.’ is influenced by big heavy hitting tech records. Vocals express the concept of accepting what is and not what you want to be. The Serenity prayer in there on the drop to freak people out and spooky synths to create a circus vibe: not my circus, not my clowns. Was great fun to produce, a more unhinged composition to add to the theme of mental instability.”

On the first day of Tomorrowland Belgium 2024,Sulta‘s world renowned record label and event series Sulta Selects got to host the spectacular CORE stage, welcoming performances by the label head himself, as well as BASHKKA, Desiree, DJ HEARTSTRING, Shanti Celeste and more, alongside a spectacular audiovisual experience.

The electronic music heavyweights reunite for their first collaboration in nearly a decade, releasing ‘Mad Motion’ to mark the 10th anniversary of their iconic 2014 track ‘Voicemail.’
Premiered during their recent back-to-back set at Hï Ibiza, ‘Mad Motion‘ instantly electrified the crowd, proving to be the ultimate peak-time club anthem. Featuring an edgy vocal hook delivered by Green Velvet himself, a pounding beat, and thick synth riffs, the track captures the essence of their original collaboration while reflecting each artist’s evolution in sound.

Framework has just announced Keinemusik’s Rampa as the headliner for their inaugural New Year’s Eve celebration at Red Studios – the legendary film production house in Hollywood.
Taking place on Tuesday, December 31, Framework will ring in the new year with the company’s penchant for high-end production value combined with a special showcase from one of the world’s leading contemporary electronic talents.

In an electrifying collaboration, Ukrainian female talent Korolova and German producer Rokston have reimagined the legendary Ukrainian hit ‘Vorozhyla’ by Ukrainian electro-folk band Go_A and Monokate, released on Tomorrowland Music.
Infusing it with a fresh, modern twist that showcases Korolova‘s signature style, the duo found the process of reworking such a culturally rich song both fascinating and challenging, blending traditional elements with contemporary electronic beats.
This reworked version highlights Korolova‘s unique interpretation, breathing new life into the track while preserving its original spirit and charm. The result is a mesmerizing fusion that pays homage to its roots while pushing the boundaries of its genre.

“I shazamed the vocals of ‘Vorozhyla’ by Go_A on a market in Berlin. Right away, I had the idea to sample the vocals and make a melodic techno track with it. It turned out great and when I dived into the story of the original song and what is behind it, I knew I had to send it to Korolova.
Having her as a Ukrainian DJ jump on this song that samples Ukrainian vocals just made perfect sense and complements the story of this track a lot. The crowd reactions when we started to play the song live have been amazing and it’s been Korolova’s and also my most requested track. After having worked together behind the scenes on a couple of records now, we’re really excited to now put out our first collaboration.”
Korolova has solidified her position as one of the most exciting and innovative producers in the electronic dance music scene, already returning to Tomorrowland‘s imprint for her fourth release after ‘Sweet Surrender‘, ‘Under My Skin‘ and ‘Shining‘.
