Intec makes its long-awaited return with Chasing Ghosts, a high-impact three-track EP from Carlo Lio & M.I.T.A.

Founded by Carl Cox in 1998, Intec quickly became a powerhouse in the techno world, responsible for seminal anthems like Sunshine, D-Clash, and Pontape. After closing in 2006 and relaunching in 2010, the label continued to push forward-thinking, groove-heavy techno before going on hiatus again in 2020, with Roel Salemink‘s Eskes as its last release. Now, the time is right for Intec to return and do what it does best – delivering dancefloor-shaking records from both fresh talent and familiar names.

Few artists embody that ethos better than Carlo Lio and M.I.T.A., two producers whose sound is built on relentless energy and undeniable groove. Toronto-born Carlo Lio has long been a force in the underground, earning a reputation for his hypnotic, techy beats that captivate crowds worldwide.

As a DJ, producer, and label boss of Rawthentic Music alongside Nathan Barato, he has released on influential imprints like Tronic, Suara, and KD Raw, with his music championed by the likes of Dubfire, Marco Carola, Carl Cox, and Loco Dice. His ability to translate raw emotion into sound has made him a fixture on the global club circuit, where his deep, pulsing grooves take dancefloors on a journey.

M.I.T.A., hailing from the shores of Ischia, is a master of groove and a dedicated explorer of techno. With releases on CROWD, Virgo, Suara, Uncage, and Tronic, his music has earned support from heavyweights like Pan-Pot, Sam Paganini, Ilario Alicante, and Marco Faraone.

He has graced the decks of legendary venues such as fabric, D-Edge, and Melkweg, while his tracks have reverberated across the world’s most respected festival stages, from Awakenings and Time Warp to Tomorrowland and Sonus.

The title track is a relentless peak-time weapon, while ‘AFREAKA‘ and ‘The Artist’s Struggle‘ push deeper into funky, hard-groove territory – embodying the signature energy that has defined the label since its inception.

One of the world’s best music festivals UNTOLD marks its 10-year anniversary with a legendary presence: Metro Boomin takes over the mainstage. Widely regarded as one of the most influential producers in modern music, Metro has played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of hip-hop and trap over the past decade. For the first time ever, the American hitmaker will step onto the UNTOLD mainstage, delivering a performance that promises to redefine the festival experience.

This will be Metro Boomin’s only European festival appearance this summer. The iconic UNTOLD X will host exclusive premieres and unforgettable performances from August 7–10 in the heart of Transylvania, Romania, in the warming city of Cluj-Napoca.

The 10th edition of UNTOLD Festival continues to build excitement with a stellar lineup of world-renowned artists already announced. Among the electronic music heavyweights gracing the stages are Anyma, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, FISHER, Tiësto, Alok, Steve Angello, Adriatique, and Black Coffee—each bringing their signature sound and unforgettable energy to Cluj-Napoca.

House favorites Hugel and Marco Carola join the bill alongside Romanian minimal powerhouses Arapu, Cezar, Priku, and Sit, offering a rich variety of underground flavors. On the live side, the festival will welcome debut performances from global chart-toppers Post Malone, Becky Hill, and Rag’N’Bone Man, promising an eclectic and unforgettable musical journey for fans from around the world.

Metro Boomin started his career collaborating with rising artists such as Future, Young Thug, and 21 Savage. By the age of 20, he was already behind hits such as “Karate Chop” (with Future), “Honest”, and “Some More”.

Metro Boomin is a true visionary and innovator, and he is the mastermind behind tracks that have shaped urban culture, with billions of streams: “Mask Off” (1.82 billion streams), “Ric Flair Drip” (1.74 billion), “Creepin’” (feat. The Weeknd & 21 Savage – 1.55 billion), “Space Cadet” (over 1 billion streams on Spotify).

In 2024, Metro Boomin released two albums with Future: “We Don’t Trust You” and “We Still Don’t Trust You,” which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200. The single “Like That,” featuring Kendrick Lamar, skyrocketed to Billboard Hot 100, quickly becoming a viral phenomenon and a defining statement of contemporary hip-hop culture.

Metro Boomin is among a short list of artists with 10 songs simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100, joining legends like The Beatles, Taylor Swift, Drake, and Playboi Carti.

His debut album, “Not All Heroes Wear Capes” (2018), was followed by “Heroes & Villains” (2022), both hitting No. 1 on the Billboard 200, solidifying Metro as a creative leader in a competitive industry.

In 2024, alongside Future, Metro Boomin was named Hitmaker of the Year by the prestigious GQ Magazine and hosted the GQ Men of the Year gala, sharing the stage with icons like Pharrell Williams and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. This event further confirmed his global influence beyond music—into fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture.

Also, last year, Metro Boomin earned Grammy nominations for Best Rap Album (We Don’t Trust You) and Best Rap Song (Like That), reinforcing his iconic status in the international music industry.

Hï Ibiza has announced the full 2025 lineup for Black Coffee, who returns for his 7th consecutive season with a forward-thinking, soul-shifting curation of global icons, Afro-house pioneers, and fresh new faces. From 17 May to 4 October, the Grammy-winning artist will once again command The Theatre every Saturday night, while Damian Lazarus transforms the Club Room into his signature temple of sonic exploration.

Black Coffee‘s Saturday residency has become a spiritual institution in Ibiza—anchored by his distinctive Afropolitan house sound, but constantly evolving in both sound and spectacle. Known for bringing deep musical knowledge to his sets, and for showcasing both legendary artists and rising stars, this season’s curation once again reflects his unique status as a tastemaker on the global stage

New additions for 2025 include Maz, Desiree, Meera and Kaz James, injecting fresh energy alongside highly anticipated returns from titans like Marco Carola, Bedouin, Dubfire, Carlita, DJ Tennis, The Martinez Brothers and more. With special live performances, hybrid sets, and surprise B2Bs to come, every week promises something new.

Damian Lazarus returns to transform the Club Room into a temple of pioneering electronic music, leading a truly eclectic and esoteric journey – blending the sounds of his Crosstown Rebels imprint with a diverse cast of underground heroes, live performers and breakout talent.

Damian continues his mission to champion rising stars, many of whom will be making their Ibiza debut. This year’s opening residents include Rosey Gold, Lilya Mandre, Omri., and Cristian Viviano. The four newcomers are joined by Pete Tong‘s long-awaited Hï Ibiza debut, as well as scene-shaping selectors like Traumer, Mëstiza, Binh, Radio Slave, Curses, Bushwacka, Victor Calderone, Rob Mello, and Ali Love, who will deliver a special live show.

As always, Lazarus‘ no-phone request in the Club Room reinforces the space as one of total immersion – where music leads and connection takes precedence over cameras. Each Saturday becomes a shared experience in its purest form.

This year’s show is elevated further by a stunning collaboration with acclaimed Kenyan visual artist Thandiwe Muriu, recently spotlighted by Pharrell Williams and known for her bold Afrofuturist style. Her vibrant aesthetic will help shape the season’s identity, adding another layer of visual storytelling to the experience.

Following up the debut release on The Moment, ‘All The Love’ gets the remix treatment from Belgian talent Samm.

Originally produced by Everything Is Art with label heads WhoMadeWho, this cut has been melting hearts worldwide as a key feature in WhoMadeWho sets in recent times. It was the perfect cut to launch The Moment, embodying a sound that epitomizes the ethos around the brand.

Now we have Samm‘s remix. Samm has been making a name for himself with a steady flow of releases that straddle the lines between indie dance, afro house and more. As co-owner of Magnifik Records (with Ajna) he has established a successful label, sound and event series in his native Belgium. Gigs across Europe include shows at Tomorrowland and Pacha Ibiza, while his production credentials include debut EP ‘Does It Matter‘.

With his reinterpretation of ‘All The Love‘ Samm alchemizes a dreamlike atmosphere with funky drum arrangement, stirring strings that add a subtle layer of emotional tension and high impact synth stabs.

The juxtaposition of rough and smooth creates a captivating feeling throughout, with the vocals taking on a haunting character. DJ, producer, and multidisciplinary artist, Anyma, releases his brand-new single, “Work” featuring rap sensation, Yeat. The track comes fresh off the heels of the announcement of Anyma’s upcoming third album, “The End Of Genesys” and the release of his previous single “Neverland (From Japan).”

Anyma debuted “Work” alongside Yeat with a special live performance at The Sphere in Las Vegas, making it one of the most highly anticipated tracks to come out of Anyma‘s 12-date residency and marking the first time a rapper has ever performed at the iconic venue. The unique collaboration between Anyma and Yeat sparked tons of fan excitement for the track ahead of its release.

Recently, Anyma performed his final four shows of Afterlife Presents Anyma “The End of Genesys” residency at Sphere, presented by Live Nation. This followed an extraordinary run of eight sold-out nights as the first electronic music residency at Sphere, which took place December 27-31, 2024, January 1, 10 and 11, 2025 and attracted a total audience of 200K across all 12 dates.

Anyma had an exciting array of talent join him for his final run of shows. Each performance featured a pantheon of industry-leading artists including John Summit, Mau P, Peggy Gou, Solomun and many more.

“The End of Genesys” residency showcased music from Anyma‘s critically acclaimed albums Genesys and Genesys II as well as brand-new material, and visuals from his high-caliber live shows, which continue to fascinate audiences around the world for their futuristic themes and ethereal aesthetic.

Collaborations included art direction by visual co-creative director, Alessio De Vecchi, executive production by head creative and stage designer, Alexander Wessely, and additional production by animation studio Woodblock – creating an experience that has become an unforgettable milestone in live music.

Previous supporting artists for the shows that took place this past December 27-31, January 1, 10 and 11 included Adriatique, Amelie Lens, CamelPhat, Charlotte de Witte, Dixon, Mike Dean, Rampa, Tiësto, and more.
