The Martinez Brothers, Skream b2b Patrick Topping, Joseph Capriati, Mau P b2b Dennis Cruz, East End Dubs, Groove Armada (DJ set) are set to perform at Eastern Electrics Festival 2026.

After taking a year off, Eastern Electrics Festival returns better than ever on 9th August 2026 at the new London home of Burgess Park.

One of the UK’s most established and trusted electronic music festivals, Eastern Electrics emerges refreshed and reimagined with its signature multi-stage format back in the city where it began, and all for a very affordable ticket price that promises plenty of beats for your bucks.

Set within the gorgeous and easily accessible Burgess Park, a 56-hectare green space spanning Camberwell, Walworth and Bermondsey, the 2026 edition offers a central location and the perfect backdrop for four expertly curated stages.

Consistency, musical credibility and high production standards have long been the MO of Eastern Electrics and this year promises another carefully considered programme spanning house, tech house, garage, minimal and left-of-centre electronic sounds.

The Main Stage is led by global US house heavyweights The Martinez Brothers alongside high-profile back to backs from new school disrupters Joseph Capriati b2b special guest, and Mau P b2b Dennis Cruz, plus a very special guest and rising talents Jazzy and Theon Bower.

Across the site, Four Corners brings together underground favorites and scene-shaping selectors including dub, tech and garage flag bearer East End Dubs, master party starter Skream b2b Patrick Topping, plus Obskür, Marsolo, La La and Scarlett O’Malley.

The Plant Room hosts a groove-focused lineup featuring chart topping legends and evergreen headliners Groove Armada (DJ set), plus fresh new sounds from breakout stars Morgan Seatree, Jack Marlow and Hayley Zalassi, while The Dome, hosted by Modern Funktion, delivers forward-thinking club energy with raw, direct house and techno Mella Dee b2b Reeshy, Jamback, Locklead, Truly Madly, Phill De Janeiro & Benji King, Ella Knight and Jude Lenihan.

Since its inception in 2007, Eastern Electrics has been known for being London’s original house music festival, for championing artists early in their careers and consistently booking established names at the forefront of electronic music.

With nearly two decades of experience, the festival remains one of the most reliable and respected brands in the scene and always delivers high-quality sound, thoughtful production and intelligent programming year after year.

Speaking on the return, founder Rob Star says:

“We are so excited to bring Eastern Electric’s back to Central London for our 2026 edition. It’s our 18th year of putting on parties and this line-up is as good as any in our history.

Lots of new DJ’s making their EE debut and some old favorites, ensures this party has something for everyone. Whether you’re an EE veteran or this is your first party, you won’t be disappointed!”

With four full-scale stages, a central London location and a depth of programming rarely seen at one-day festivals, Eastern Electrics 2026 marks a welcome return that will again underline its position as one of the UK’s most essential and reliable electronic music showcases, and all for fantastic value.

Volkoder introduces Picture: Volkoder, a six-track EP on Diynamic Music

Volkoder

Building on a period of steady momentum, Brazilian producer Volkoder introduces Picture: Volkoder, a six-track EP designed as a unified project.

Now landing as Volkoder‘s debut on Solomun‘s Diynamic Music label, the EP arrives as the latest installment in the label’s limited-edition Picture series; a vinyl-only concept that pairs exclusive music with bespoke artwork curated by each artist.

Picture: Volkoder follows previous releases from Adana Twins, Innellea and Karmon, further reinforcing Diynamic‘s focus on cohesive, artist-led bodies of work.

Across six tracks, Picture: Volkoder is shaped with the dancefloor as its central reference point, moving through tightly coiled low-end, rolling percussion and hypnotic grooves that unfold with patience rather than immediacy.

Shaped as a full-night arc, the release maintains a cohesive atmosphere while subtly shifting energy, a sound already tested in real club environments through early support from Solomun, CamelPhat, Mau P and Vintage Culture.

Percussive elements sit at the core of the EP, driving momentum as restrained synth lines and atmospheric textures evolve over extended play, resulting in a body of work that feels immersive, flexible and grounded in Diynamic‘s dancefloor-first ethos.

Here’s what Volkoder had to say:

“Being part of Diynamic’s Picture Series is something very special to me. It’s a limited edition, with strong curation and a very clear identity, and being number 14 in the series represents an important moment in my journey.

This EP was born on the dancefloor, from long nights and from my relationship with more direct, hypnotic grooves full of personality. Each track represents a different moment of the night, but they all connect with each other, maintaining the same atmosphere and intention.

Even before the release, Solomun had been playing all the tracks from the EP in most of his sets during his Ibiza residency. After that, artists such as CamelPhat, Mau P, and Vintage Culture also started including the tracks in their sets, which for me is a very special recognition of this work.”

Volkoder‘s global rise took shape in 2014 with the release of the Detroit EP, which title track earned heavy rotation from Jamie Jones, Carl Cox, Marco Carola, and The Martinez Brothers, alongside more than 15 entries in the Beatport Top 100.

A year later, “Sensation” became the most played track of the Ibiza summer, accelerating his international profile. Since then, he has performed at key venues and festivals worldwide, including Ministry of Sound (London), Space Miami, Eden Ibiza, Green Valley, Warung Beach Club, and Tomorrowland Brasil, while building a catalog of over 200 releases across influential labels such as Hot Creations, Catch & Release, Black Book Records, Defected, and Diynamic Music.

In 2025, Volkoder released the ‘Need Your Body‘ EP on Hot Creations, delivered releases via Maccabi House by Adam Ten and Mita Gami, and dropped Act Up (Bad Boy) on Black Book Records, earning direct support from Chris Lake, John Summit, and James Hype.

Unbound by a single sonic identity, his music continues to connect across scenes and generations, reinforcing his reputation as a versatile, forward-facing artist with lasting dancefloor impact.

In 2026, Sting will continue his “STING 3.0 World Tour,” a global run that reimagines his greatest hits and rarities through the raw energy of a powerful trio — including a special appearance at UNTOLD Festival.

Joined by longtime guitarist Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas, Sting delivers intense, stripped-down performances of classics such as “Roxanne,” “Fields of Gold,” and “Englishman in New York,” alongside new material like his latest single, “I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart).”

The “STING 3.0” era marks a bold new chapter for the legendary artist, showcasing selections from his vast catalog through the intensity of a tight three-piece setup. The tour also inspired his new single “I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart),” mixed by four-time Grammy Award–winning engineer Robert Orton and released via Cherrytree Music Company/Interscope Records.

Alongside the tour, Sting has released a new live album, STING 3.0 LIVE, available digitally, on CD, and on 180g vinyl. Recorded during the current world tour, the album features a collection of Sting’s greatest hits, including “Be Still My Beating Heart,” released for the first time ever as a live version.

The 10-track digital release also includes a live rendition of “Fragile,” originally released in 1987 and recently reintroduced to a new audience after being covered by a children’s choir in the Netflix miniseries Adolescence.

Claptone Announces His Fourth Studio Album ‘Wanderer’

Teased for over a year, Claptone officially announces his fourth studio album, Wanderer, set for release on May 8, 2026, on his very own Golden Path / Warner ADA imprint.

The album feels like both a continuation and a transformation. It deepens the dreamlike universe that has defined Claptone‘s artistic identity for over a decade, bringing together new influences, collaborators, and a refined sense of musical direction for the year to come.

The new album expands Claptone‘s sonic language with quiet confidence. Analogue textures and organic instrumentation weave through his trademark melodic house framework, creating a body of work that feels fresh in its approach, yet unmistakably his own.

Across its 11 tracks, Wanderer highlights Claptone‘s enduring skill as one of dance music’s most versatile producers, not only navigating a wide range of styles but also elevating the voices he works with and stepping beyond the dance floor into a more restrained, deeper, and revealing realm.

In Claptone‘s words: “Rather than chasing immediacy, Wanderer exists in the fragile tension between clarity and haze, dream and reality – introspective without retreating inward, emotional without losing precision. I wanted each track to feel alive and breathing, gently reshaping the moment instead of demanding it.”

The journey began in 2025 with the release of ‘Put Your Love On Me‘ featuring Sea Girls, ‘Turn Up The Love‘ ft Crystal Fighters, and ‘Phantasy‘ ft Raphaella – early signs of the album’s atmospheric architecture.

Warm, finely balanced, but with the unmistakable club melodies that have propelled Claptone to dance music’s highest echelons, the singles revealed an evolving artistic language.

On January 16th, ‘Black and Gold,’ featuring the sensual vocals of Hannah Boleyn, was released and quickly gained support from Capital Dance, BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, and Kiss FM. Further chapters of Wanderer will unfold in the months ahead.

“In an era of overexposure, Wanderer embraces the power of the unknown: A record that offers escape without detachment, introspection without isolation, and invites listeners into a parallel space where curiosity opens hidden doors, where beauty lingers just beyond reach, and where even the quietest moments shimmer with possibility,” says Claptone.

With Wanderer, Claptone marks a new chapter and invites listeners into his most welcoming artistic vision yet, fusing the sounds people want to hear with those they did not know they needed. It reflects an artist always evolving, drawing on years of experience while staying open to new ideas, collaborators, and musical directions.

Claptone‘s fourth studio album, Wanderer, is out May 8 via Golden Path / Warner ADA.

Eli & Fur Bring Announce Next EP with New Single “Strange”

Electronic duo, Eli & Fur (Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman), unveil their inaugural release of 2026, “Strange.”

Out now via PIAS, the track opens the portal to their sonic realm, diving into the labyrinth called love and arriving as the first from their upcoming EP, “Dreams At Dusk Pt. II”, set to drop May 29, 2026.

Trading their signature ethereal style for a darker more ominous sound, “Strange” is an exploration of love’s most poignant questions. Eli & Fur embark listeners on a sonic journey through sparkling synths, haunting melodies, and breathy vocals the track culminates with a synth-heavy crescendo to finish.

Its pulsing heartbeat and remarkably atmospheric cadence make for a groove that’s as somber as it is irresistible. Daring to unearth secret truths, “Strange” is an emotionally charged confession – one that is honest, vulnerable, and intense.

Eli & Fur Strange
Eli & Fur – Strange

Here’s what Eli & Fur had to say:

“We wrote Strange on a piano in a San Rafael Airbnb, just the two of us, in the middle of the Dreams at Dusk West Coast tour. Watching the boats across the harbour as the fog rolled in, the song took shape in a moment where everything felt slightly unsteady but alive.

Lyrically, Strange explores that feeling of being pulled toward something you don’t fully understand and the tension between wanting to run and wanting to get closer. It’s about questioning what’s real, what’s slipping away, and the thrill of the unknown.”

Eli & Fur are more than just a DJ duo. Bound by a shared vision and years of collaboration, they continue to push the boundaries of electronic music through a deeply personal lens.

Since emerging in 2013, they’ve built a sound defined by emotive vocals, cinematic synths and rolling basslines – a mix that feels both intimate and expansive. Their discography includes collaborations with Camelphat, MEDUZA, and Booka Shade, along with releases on their own label NYX Music and leaning imprints such as Crosstown Rebels, Anjunadeep, Cercle and Armada Deep.

They’ve also remixed artists including Sasha, Bob Moses, ODESZA and Shouse, earning consistent support from the likes of Boiler Room and BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix.

FISHER Delivers Peak-time Anthem ‘Rain’ via CATCH & RELEASE

FISHER locks in a fresh dancefloor essential with his new single ‘Rain’, out now via CATCH & RELEASE. Designed for long summer nights and hands-in-the-air moments, the track sees the Australian powerhouse at his most immediate and infectious.

Driven by a rolling, high-energy groove and a hypnotic, repeating vocal hook, ‘Rain’ leans into FISHER’s unmistakable ability to turn simplicity into pure impact. The reaffirming refrain lodges instantly, building momentum with each pass as the beat powers forward — primed for festival stages and sun-soaked outdoor shows alike.

Already doing damage on global dancefloors, ‘Rain’ received its first major live moment at the history-making Moscone Center show in San Francisco with 40,000 tickets sold, where the unreleased cut sent the crowd into a frenzy.

Since then, it’s become a go-to weapon in his sets, signalling another defining chapter in his run of club-dominating releases.

Catching no signs of slowing down in 2026, FISHER is gearing up for a huge year on the road. Returning to Ibiza for year two of his Thursday night [UNVRS] residency from 4th June to 10th September – the Australian hitmaker builds on a debut season that raised the bar for weekly residencies on the island, delivering 15 high-octane nights of stadium-sized showmanship and relentless energy.

Beyond the White Isle, he’s set to bring his unmistakable energy to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on 23rd May, one of the world’s most iconic open-air venues, following with his recognized TRIIP Festival in Malta from 28th to 31st May, before returning to the UK for a highly anticipated headline at Silverworks London on 11th July.

Alongside further residencies and shows to be announced, the shows underline his continued dominance across both sides of the Atlantic.

The forthcoming anticipated release, ‘Rain’, sees FISHER once again proves his instinct for crafting records that are built for movement and connect instantly.

Mesophonic Drops Heavy Dubstep Flip of Megan Thee Stallion’s “Mamushi”

Mesophonic

Rising young producer DJ Mesophonic is proving that age is just a number with his latest release — a high-impact dubstep flip of Megan Thee Stallion’s “Mamushi.” At only 13 years old, Mesophonic is already showing a level of confidence and technical skill that many artists take years to develop.

The flip transforms the globally recognized original into a bass-driven weapon built for modern dancefloors. Packed with clean sound design, powerful drops, and tight arrangement, Mesophonic’s version hits hard while still keeping the core energy of the original intact. It’s a bold reinterpretation that feels both fresh and surprisingly polished for such a young artist.

What stands out most is Mesophonic’s sense of structure and pacing. The track flows with purpose, balancing explosive moments with controlled tension — a sign of real production maturity.

Rather than relying purely on heavy drops, he shows an understanding of how to build atmosphere and momentum, which is often what separates promising producers from the rest.

Mesophonic Mamushi

With releases like this, Mesophonic is quickly establishing himself as one of the most exciting young talents to watch in the electronic music space. If this is where he’s at at 13, the future is looking seriously bright.

Make sure to check out Mesophonic’s dubstep flip of “Mamushi” now — and keep an eye on this name, because you’ll be hearing it a lot more in the coming years.

OUTWORLD by Klangkuenstler, will premiere at Monegros Desert Festival 2026

Klangkuenstler OUTWORLD
Klangkuenstler OUTWORLD

The German artist chooses the Monegros desert, currently the world’s leading reference for rave culture and radical techno, to present the most ambitious production of his career. A 360º stage for over 20,000 people, specially designed for this desert, a brand-new space for this year’s edition, created and produced entirely from scratch.

With 33 years of history, this is the festival’s biggest new feature and the most impressive project ever presented to date. An unprecedented project, never before realized anywhere in the world..

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, the Monegros desert will become the only place in the world where OUTWORLD, Klangkuenstler’s creative universe, will come to life in an outdoor format with a completely new stage.

Klangkuenstler OUTWORLD
Klangkuenstler OUTWORLD

Klangkuenstler has chosen Monegros as his home to develop the most ambitious project of his entire career. This collaboration with Monegros Desert Festival marks a new chapter in the evolution of festivals.

For the first time, a concept conceived for large indoor urban and industrial venues is transferred to an open, natural, large-scale environment, specifically designed to integrate with the Monegros desert landscape.

This will be a world premiere and the only opportunity to see this stage exclusively in 2026, with an installation designed specifically for one of the most iconic environments of international rave culture.

Monegros continues to champion creative and experiential shows, and this year doubles down on its commitment by creating, for the first time, the most incredible stage ever built in the history of the country.

OUTWORLD: from stage concept to artistic language

OUTWORLD is the artistic and stage concept developed by Klangkuenstler in recent years as an extension of his sonic identity. It is built around long-form, high-intensity sets, where German-born Schranz, hardgroove, and the roots of classic and old-school techno merge with a visual narrative inspired by dystopian and sci-fi worlds.

In its recent trajectory, this concept created by Klangkuenstler has reached arena scale in various European and Latin American cities, with several editions announced as sold out in record time and with growing demand accompanying its international expansion.

OUTWORLD is not just a stage, but a living infrastructure of architecture, light and visual narrative designed to erase the boundary between body and sound. A 360º, physical and immersive experience, where Klangkuenstler’s raw, uncompromising techno is amplified until it becomes a sonic ecosystem designed to merge with the landscape and transform it into experience.

From urban space to open territory in the Monegros desert

The presentation of OUTWORLD at Monegros is neither a replica nor an adaptation of the existing format. It is a production conceived specifically for the desert and will premiere on July 25, 2026, as the only outdoor version of the project worldwide.

The stage design, lighting architecture and visual narrative have been developed to operate throughout the festival’s 22 hours, integrating factors rarely addressed in the contemporary electronic circuit: heat, dust, spatial vastness and a direct relationship with the landscape.

“Monegros has always been a space for ideas that don’t follow rules. OUTWORLD, in addition to being the biggest challenge the family has faced to date, is an overflowing dream.

Without a doubt, a project that marks a milestone and will establish itself as a reference. We can’t wait for it to arrive and for everyone to experience it.

It will be a new way of understanding electronic music: risk, identity and experiences that can only happen here, in the middle of nowhere and with the Monegros essence that defines us,” state Juan and Cruz Arnau.

A milestone in Klangkuenstler’s career

From an artistic standpoint, the premiere at Monegros marks a key moment in the evolution of the project.

In recent years, OUTWORLD has established itself as one of the most recognizable conceptual formats within today’s scene, both for its musical approach —narrative progression and sustained energy— and for its way of treating space, light and sound as a single expressive system.

The premiere in the desert will also mark a milestone in the German artist’s career. It will be the most ambitious production he has ever undertaken and the largest stage he has ever designed.

“OUTWORLD at Monegros will be a completely different experience from any other edition. The desert environment, the dust, the heat and the sunrise make you feel like you’re on another planet, as if you were entering a dystopian, sci-fi world you’ve never seen before.

It is the most challenging project I’ve done so far and the only festival collaboration that OUTWORLD will have. Monegros is the only place where this universe can exist in this way.

Together with the Arnau family, we share the same vision: to create unique experiences and push them to the maximum,” declares Klangkuenstler.

Klangkuenstler OUTWORLD

A world premiere in the heart of the desert

With three decades of history, Monegros Desert Festival does not negotiate its identity; creative risk remains its driving force. The Arnau family wanted to offer their audience something never seen before anywhere in the world, and in this edition, fans will have a unique and unrepeatable opportunity that will go down in history.

In 2026, the desert will be the only place on the planet where OUTWORLD will exist in an outdoor format.

The largest production ever created by Monegros, the Arnau family and Klangkuenstler. A stage designed to make history. A world premiere. An unrepeatable stage. One single time. An experience designed to leave a mark.

Tomorrowland’s world-renowned record label, Tomorrowland Music proudly presents a sparkling, feel-good rework that turns nostalgia into pure bounce.

Italian producer Albi and Swedish‑English artist Lilly Ahlberg team up for “Sitting Down Here“, a bright and playful remake of Lene Marlin‘s beloved ’90s hit.

Released via Tomorrowland Music, in partnership with Virgin Germany and Republic Records (US), the release arrives with bright energy, a modern dance-pop pulse, and the unmistakable hook that made the original track a European favorite.

Albi turns “Sitting Down Here” from a quiet ’90s confessional into a dance-pop rush full of sunshine, bounce, and singalong energy.

In his rework, Lilly Ahlberg steps into the spotlight with fresh, crystal-clear vocals that playfully echo the song’s storytelling charm. Around her voice, Albi builds the ultimate dance foundation, packing the track with: bouncy keyboard hooks, an up-tempo rhythm that practically jumps and melodic topline that glides effortlessly over the beat.

The soul of the song stays intact, but everything around it gets a colourful, confident makeover. It’s retro charm, only turbocharged.

”Sitting Down Here” has been bubbling back into the music scene in recent weeks, as Gen Z stumbles upon ALBI‘s remix and gives the song a whole new life online. Thousands of TikTok creators have already jumped on the sound, proving that the melody only needs a few seconds to lodge itself firmly in your head.
