This year, La Discothèque celebrates its 10th Anniversary. And what better way to celebrate than with five flamingo fuelled fiestas at 528 Ibiza?

Each Thursday in July, with La Discothèque, no space is off-limits when it comes to creating the magic the community knows and loves. Each event will embody the spirit that has defined the brand for a decade – the raw electricity of Paradise Garage and the glittering glamour of Studio 54. Across five unforgettable summers in Ibiza, La Discothèque has left its glittering mark on the White Isle, continuing to bring its signature disco energy to an ever expanding audience.

La Discothèque channels the ecstasy of New York’s disco heyday and reimagines it for the 21st century dancefloor. From underground basements to world-renowned venues, it has built a reputation for moments where feathers fly and confetti falls, and Its 10th year promises to be the boldest chapter yet.

Last year, 528 Ibiza was one of the coolest places on the island, the favorite venue of islanders and those in the know. In the afternoon and evening, dance with La Discothèque in the open air, in the shade of the canopy or under the Ibizan sun. This is how daytime parties are supposed to be in Ibiza. When dusk turns to dark, the party continues inside the club room. If you were at 528 Ibiza in 2025, you know the script.

On Thursday 2nd July, La Discothèque bring you the wonderful Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, the perfect person to bring you that NY Loft vibe, where she is a host to this day. The legendary David Mancuso was her friend and mentor. Her sets are incredible. Come along to this one and you’ll understand exactly what La Discothèque is all about. Fleetmac Wood, James Glover, Kirollus, Natasha Diggs, Roxanne Roll and Simon Dunmore complete an amazing lineup.

On Thursday 9th July and Thursday 16th July, Annie Mac returns to the Ibiza decks for the first time in eight years. With over 17 years at the helm of flagship shows on BBC Radio 1, the legendary broadcaster and queen of good vibes needs little introduction — she knows exactly how to ignite a dancefloor.

These will be Annie Mac’s first Ibiza appearances since 2018, and La Discothèque couldn’t have picked a more perfect partner for the occasion. Joining her across the two dates are Bestley, Crazy P (DJ set), Daisybelle & Carly Foxx, Gina Breeze, and Sophie Joy — a lineup built for pure Ibiza euphoria.

On 16th July, Annie Mac returns for the second of her two parties. This week, her all-star cast include by Dan Shake, Joshua James, Mix-Stress, Santanna Oush and Siggy.

Week 4, Thursday 23rd July, brings you a special back to back between Rush Hour co-founder Antal and Manchester scene icon Luke Una. Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy returns as well. The lineup is completed with Ella Knight, Kirollus b2b Marcellus Pittman, Guy Williams, James Glover b2b Joe Roche b2b Sharples.

All of these parties promise to be something special, building toward a huge finale in Week 5: La Discothèque presents FAC51 The Haçienda. After reimagining the spirit of The Loft and Paradise Garage, La Discothèque now turns its focus to Manchester’s most legendary institution, bringing its energy and legacy to Ibiza.

The lineup goes all in for this closing chapter, making it an unmissable moment: Derrick Carter, DJ Paulette, Felix Da Housecat, Graeme Park, Krysko, Tom Wainwright, and Ultra Naté come together to deliver the perfect finale to a month of dancefloor magic.

Terminal V Confirms Final Festival in Edinburgh

Terminal V has announced that this year’s April festival marks the final edition of the festival in Edinburgh and the closing of a defining almost decade chapter in the city. This difficult decision follows the evolving operational requirements and challenges of delivering the event at this scale in the city, with policing and associated deployment costs now representing a significant proportion of overall delivery costs at the site.

18 – 19 April 2026 will be the last edition to take place at The Royal Highland Centre. The festival will be delivered with the same award winning production and format audiences have come to expect and love.

Since launching at the venue in 2017, Terminal V has grown into one of the UK’s largest electronic music festivals, ranking Number 1 in Scotland, Number 5 in the UK and Number 34 in the world (DJ Mag Awards). It has welcomed more than a quarter of a million fans from all over the UK and further afield to Edinburgh and hosting leading names across techno and house. It has become a key fixture in Scotland’s festival and electronic music calendar.

With six stages, a massive line-up of more than 100 artists (99999999, Anetha, Ben Hemsley, Ben Techy x Luciid, Clouds x Tommy Holohan, DJ Gigola x Øtta, East End Dubs, Hate Models, Klangkuenstler, Klofama, Mall Grab, Patrick Topping, Pegassi, Restricted, Robert Hood, Sara Landry, SIM0NE X SPFDJ, Will Atkinson, Yanamaste) every stage will be completely reimagined for this final edition.

A collaboration with global audio leaders d&b audiotechnik, the festival will also introduce a fully bespoke site-wide sound re-design, delivering its most refined and powerful production to date across all six stages.

Terminal V‘s trajectory over the past decade has extended far beyond Edinburgh. Named Best UK Festival at the DJ Mag Awards in 2023, the brand now stages a Croatian festival edition each summer, recently made its London debut last year at the 15,000 capacity Drumsheds, and are set to announce a new festival site location for 2027 alongside a global tour of international shows to celebrate a decade of Terminal V.

Baloski’s journey into electronic music started with formal studies in audiovisual arts, a foundation that still shapes the cinematic quality of his productions today. Early DJ appearances in Skopje’s underground scene helped him develop a feel for narrative flow — learning how to build emotional tension on the dancefloor rather than simply chasing peak-time drops.

Driven by a constant search for new perspectives, he later moved to Amsterdam, where he continued his education at SAE Institute while immersing himself in the city’s deep-rooted techno culture. That period played a crucial role in shaping his identity as a producer: disciplined, emotionally intentional, and rooted in atmosphere.

Solomun returns to Pacha Ibiza this summer as Solomun +1 resumes its Sunday residency from May 31 through October 4.

Built on the straightforward premise of one guest joining him each week, the residency has developed a clear identity since 2013, centered on extended sets, a booth placed within the crowd, and a focus on continuity rather than rapid change. The structure remains deliberately simple, giving space for the artists and their music to shape each night on their own terms.

While 2026’s lineup is yet to be announced, last year’s bookings covered considerable ground. The season brought in marquee acts like Skrillex, Anyma, Jamie xx, Four Tet, Peggy Gou, Marco Carola, The Dare, Dennis Sulta, a selection that reflected no single scene but was stitched together with quality.

If previous seasons are anything to go by, 2026 will be no different: broad in reach, consistent in standard, and with Solomun‘s performances remaining the thread that runs through every Sunday night.

Part of what gives the residency its weight is the venue it calls home. Pacha Ibiza has been a fixture on the island since 1973, long enough to have become synonymous with Ibiza’s identity as a global destination for dance music.

Running weekly throughout the summer, Solomun +1 remains a consistent fixture within Ibiza’s club calendar. The residency follows a year marked by a steady flow from behind the decks as well as in the studio, including his 2025 appearance at Sphere in Las Vegas, a recent stop at Alexandra Palace in London, the October collaboration with Anyma on “Till I Die,” and his latest remix of Nina Simone‘s “Take Care of Business” for Verve Records.

With further dates ahead in Las Vegas, New York, Munich, and Paris, the White Isle sits firmly at the centre of a year that is still very much in motion.

Waterworks 2026 Reveals Full Lineup and Stage Partners

London’s beloved Waterworks Festival has revealed the full lineup for its sixth edition, alongside news that the festival will expand to two full days for the first time in 2026. Taking place at Gunnersbury Park on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September, the move marks a natural next step for a festival built on trust, taste, and community.

Festival co-founder and Love International boss Dave Harvey explains:

“Waterworks was started to put the focus on the underground artists at the heart of UK club culture, something we didn’t see happening at that time, or at least not in the way we had envisaged it.

It was really to try and make it less headliner driven and try to create some more intimate spaces. Now in our sixth year we’re proud to have been able to grow alongside and continue to support a scene that’s going from strength to strength.”

Following last year’s fifth anniversary celebrations, the festival now expands across two full days, allowing sets to stretch, soundsystems to shine, and the festival’s carefully considered programming to fully breathe.

Across five stages and 83 sets, shows and b2bs, Waterworks 2026 continues to champion the progressive edges of house, techno, bass, breaks, and club music, presenting an experience that feels cohesive, human, and deeply rooted in contemporary UK dance culture.

Saturday brings together an inspiring mix of close collaborators, long-time favorites and forward-thinking artists. Highlights include Bradley Zero b2b Erol Alkan, Christian AB b2b Craig Richards, Eris Drew, Midland, Modeselektor, Leon Vynehall, Raresh b2b Sonja Moonear, Skee Mask b2b OK Williams, alongside live performances from Octo Octa, Decius, Alex Kassian, and Reptant. It’s a day that reflects Waterworks’ belief in quality over hype, led by programming that rewards curiosity.

Sunday sees Waterworks collaborate with carefully chosen stage partners, each deeply embedded in the culture they represent. Curated in collaboration with Outlook Festival, DaMetalMessiah, Keep Hush, ec2a, and Rupture, the Sunday programme shines a light on the histories, communities, and sounds that have shaped UK club and soundsystem culture from the ground up.

Across the day, artists including LTJ Bukem, Djrum, DJ Storm, Ruff Sqwad, Tim Reaper, and Sully b2b Special Request sit alongside new school voices and cross-genre link-ups from the likes of Oppidan, Call Super b2b Objekt, Ross From Friends, Darwin, and DJ Fuckoff. These partnerships sit at the heart of what Waterworks does best – spotlighting not just artists, but the ecosystems, histories, and shared values behind them.

In addition, Resident Advisor will be celebrating their 25th anniversary with Waterworks this year, hosting the Siren stage across both days. Saturday’s programming will be co-curated with the festival team, while Sunday sees a collaboration with UK bass culture archivist DaMetalMessiah, famed for his rigorously researched deep dives into the annals of grime and dubstep.

The programming across both days reinforces Waterworks‘ sense of continuity and its close ties with kindred festivals and scenes across Europe. Longstanding creative connections – including with Love International – continue to shape the festival’s outlook, grounding its international relationships in a shared approach to curation and community.

Attention to sound and production remains central to the Waterworks experience, with careful investment in audio, staging, and layout ensuring each space feels purposeful and immersive. The result is a festival that values atmosphere and connection, inviting audiences to properly settle into the music across a full weekend.

Boris Brejcha announces a headline show at Alexandra Palace, London on 19th September as part of his Reflections Tour 2026, transforming one of the capital’s most breathtaking landmarks into a cinematic world of sound, light and illusion, set to become a defining cultural moment in the Labyrinth’s autumn calendar.

The milestone marks Boris Brejcha‘s first-ever appearance at Alexandra Palace, and his largest UK headline show to date.

Following the release of his tenth studio album and continued presence in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs, Brejcha remains one of the most influential artists in modern electronic music.

David Guetta Talks Creative Process with the Rhodes MK8 MIDI

David Guetta adds the Rhodes MK8 MIDI piano to his Ibiza studio as a source of inspiration and a central controller within his setup. Drawing on its expressive sound and feel, he uses the instrument to explore how soul and musicality can exist beyond traditional genre boundaries within his in-the-box workflow.

“The first word I think of when it comes to Rhodes would be soul. I grew up listening to funk, from Michael Jackson to Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. It’s a sound that is very present in my life,” he explains.

While Guetta is best known for his work in dance music, he sees that sense of soul as something that transcends genre, with the Rhodes sound serving as a natural bridge between musical worlds.

“Soul doesn’t have to be only in soul music. You can bring it to house music, and this is what I’m trying to do in many of my records,” he says. “If you want to add soul, Rhodes is the weapon to do that.”

Often traveling for shows and events, Guetta has shaped his creative process around a fully in-the-box workflow, relying primarily on software and plug-ins rather than external hardware instruments.

“I only work in the box. If you look in my studio, I have no synthesizers. But sometimes it’s about inspiration, so I’m using the MK8 as a MIDI controller and as an inspiration source. Between the touch, which is amazing, and the quality of the sound and effects, I have it all.”

The Rhodes MK8 functions as a central controller in modern studio environments. With polyphonic aftertouch MIDI and assignable controls, the instrument allows producers to shape dynamics, modulation, and expression on a per-note basis when triggering virtual instruments within a DAW. The MK8‘s onboard knobs can be mapped to parameters in virtual instruments and effects, or routed to external hardware synthesizers.

In the studio, Guetta uses the MK8 alongside Rhodes V8 Pro, pairing its touch and feel with software instruments while capturing performances in MIDI. This hybrid design enables him to move fluidly between software instruments and the authentic Rhodes sound without breaking his creative flow.

Guetta also points to the MK8‘s keybed as a crucial part of that connection, noting that its feel strikes a balance that suits his playing style.

“I’m not classically trained, so I don’t like when it’s too heavy, but I also don’t like when it’s too light. For me, this is really perfect.”

RÜFÜS DU SOL announce their highly anticipated return to North America with a sweeping summer tour that brings the band to some of the most iconic venues in the region.

The North American dates mark several major milestones for the band, including a long-awaited return to New York City with a headline performance at Madison Square Garden, following last year’s stop at Sports Illustrated Stadium.

The tour also sees the group back in Chicago for a headline show at Wrigley Field after topping the bill at Lollapalooza, and making a two-night stop at The Gorge in Washington State. In addition, the trio will perform live on the Atlantic City Beach in Atlantic City, NJ.

Expanding the footprint of their record-breaking Inhale / Exhale Tour, RÜFÜS DU SOL will perform at landmark venues including the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, Folsom Field in Boulder, Fenway Park in Boston, and Petco Park in San Diego for some of the largest shows of their career.

The 24-date run includes a festival stop at Bonnaroo, where they’ll headline Saturday night, and brings the Inhale / Exhale experience to new markets across the country. The routing reflects the continued growth of the band’s live presence, taking their one-of-a-kind show to stadiums and open-air venues rarely headlined by electronic acts.
