Mesophonic Drops Heavy Dubstep Rework of Marshmello & Juice WRLD’s “Bye Bye”

Mesophonic

Fresh off the buzz around his recent dubstep flip of Megan Thee Stallion’s “Mamushi”, Mesophonic returns with another fearless rework — this time taking on Marshmello and Juice WRLD’s “Bye Bye” and transforming it into a heavy-hitting dubstep weapon.

At just 13 years old, Mesophonic continues to build serious momentum within the electronic music scene, proving that age is no barrier to impactful production. His latest flip injects raw bass pressure and darker energy into the emotional core of the original, flipping it into something built for the pit rather than the playlist.

The result is a bold reinterpretation that feels both respectful to the source material and fearless in its execution.

Mesophonic Bye bye rework

What stands out most is the level of control and clarity in the production. The low-end hits with weight, the drops are tightly constructed, and the arrangement shows an instinctive understanding of tension and release — qualities that many producers take years to develop.

Mesophonic’s ability to reshape such a well-known track into a fully realized dubstep experience speaks volumes about his growing confidence behind the boards. With each release, Mesophonic sharpens his sound and expands his creative identity, positioning himself as one of the most exciting young prospects emerging in bass music right now.

If this trajectory continues, he’s not just flipping tracks — he’s laying the groundwork for a serious future in electronic music. Support the release, crank it loud, and keep an eye on Mesophonic as he continues to level up.

RESISTANCE returns to Amnesia Ibiza for 2026 Season

ULTRA Worldwide’s esteemed underground series RESISTANCE returns to Amnesia this summer for Season 5 of its award-winning Ibiza club residency (previously at Privilege 2017-2019), taking over the legendary venue every Wednesday from July 22 through September 16, 2026.

Following RESISTANCE Ibiza‘s landmark debut season at Amnesia last summer, the acclaimed residency will continue its nine-week Wednesday stronghold as one of Ibiza‘s most formidable underground destinations.

RESISTANCE expands the residency’s programming with four world-class Headline Residents – Adam Beyer, ARTBAT, Boris Brejcha, and Eric Prydz – marking one of the most ambitious resident rosters on the island this summer.

Last summer marked RESISTANCE Ibiza‘s debut at Amnesia, delivering one of the most ambitious underground residencies of the 2025 calendar. Across nine consecutive Wednesdays, RESISTANCE transformed the legendary venue into a house and techno haven featuring world-class programming and striking visual production.

RESISTANCE Ibiza 2026 Season
RESISTANCE Ibiza 2026 Season at Amnesia

The nine-week run welcomed more than 50 house and techno heavyweights to the island and presented 12 Ibiza-exclusive back-to-back sets – including six world debuts including the world debut of ARTBAT B2B Hardwell (marking Hardwell’s only Ibiza appearance of 2025), the never-before-seen B3B collaboration between Adam Beyer, ARTBAT and Vintage Culture at the season’s Closing Party, plus world-debut collaborations ARTBAT B2B Argy, HI-LO B2B Nicole Moudaber, and ANNA B3B Chris Avantgarde B3B Innellea, alongside rare collaborations, legacy returns, and once-in-a-lifetime pairings.

From high-impact headline moments to artist combinations never before seen on the island, RESISTANCE Ibiza 2025 delivered a full-spectrum showcase of dance music’s future and its fiercest icons, re-cementing RESISTANCE Ibiza as a dominant house and techno force on the White Isle.

After serving as a Season Resident for RESISTANCE Ibiza 2025, Adam Beyer returns in 2026 to once again co-headline headline all nine Wednesdays across the full summer run, acting as the weekly cornerstone of the residency.

“This RESISTANCE Ibiza season residency at Amnesia Ibiza is a major moment for me. Ibiza remains the global benchmark for electronic music and RESISTANCE is the perfect stage to deliver something truly powerful. Every week is about creating a proper journey on the dancefloor and I can’t wait to share that with everyone…”Adam Beyer

Last summer, Beyer delivered some of the residency’s most defining moments – including the never-before-seen B3B collaboration between Adam Beyer, ARTBAT and Vintage Culture at the season’s Closing Party, one of six world-debut collaborations unveiled across the season. Beyer also delivered Ibiza-exclusive back-to-backs with Mau P and Eli Brown.

A defining force within the RESISTANCE global ecosystem, Beyer‘s impact extends far beyond Ibiza. Over the past decade, he has served as one of the brand’s most enduring flag bearers – from landmark festival stages worldwide to exclusive club residency moments that have helped shape RESISTANCE’s cultural identity.

Adam Beyer live from Megastructure at Ultra Music Festival Miami 2025

In addition to announcing Adam Beyer as the RESISTANCE Ibiza 2026 Season Resident, RESISTANCE has revealed three Headline Residents for the upcoming season – ARTBAT, Boris Brejcha, and Eric Prydz – who will each deliver three co-headlining performances throughout the nine-week run, underscoring the scale and ambition of RESISTANCE Ibiza’s most formidable resident roster to date.

After marking their first-ever Ibiza residency at RESISTANCE Ibiza 2025, ARTBAT returns this summer as Headline Residents, bringing their signature melodic intensity back to Amnesia for three headline performances on July 29, August 19, and September 9.

Last summer, the duo delivered several of the residency’s most buzzed-about moments, including the world debut of ARTBAT B2B Hardwell, as well as world-debut collaborations ARTBAT B2B Argy, plus the aforementioned world-debut B3B between Adam Beyer, ARTBAT and Vintage Culture.

Following last summer’s boundary-pushing programming and unforgettable headline performances, ARTBAT returns in 2026 to reinforce their position as one of the driving creative forces within the RESISTANCE Ibiza story.

Boris Brejcha will make his long-awaited RESISTANCE Ibiza debut as one of the 2026 season Headline Residents, delivering three exclusive performances throughout the residency – making RESISTANCE Ibiza the only place on the island to experience his signature high-tech minimal sound this summer.

“After playing in Ibiza for many years, it’s truly special for me to return and be part of RESISTANCE Ibiza family. RESISTANCE has also become very special to me over the years, especially after performing in Miami several times, and I feel a strong connection to its global crowd and energy.

I’m excited to deliver three exclusive Ibiza Headline nights this season and create unforgettable moments together.” Boris Brejcha

Brejcha will co-headline the RESISTANCE Ibiza Season 5 Opening Party on July 22 before returning for two additional milestone appearances on August 12 and August 26.

Following sold-out headlining performances at RESISTANCE Miami‘s U.S. club residency and standout sets across RESISTANCE festival stages worldwide, these three Amnesia dates mark Brejcha’s inaugural RESISTANCE Ibiza performances – further reinforcing RESISTANCE Ibiza as the ultimate destination for global underground audiences seeking rare and exclusive moments on the White Isle.

Electronic music icon Eric Prydz joins RESISTANCE Ibiza Season 5 as a Headlining Resident, continuing his journey within the RESISTANCE family following years of packed-out headline performances at Ultra Miami‘s RESISTANCE MegaStructure, RESISTANCE Miami‘s club residency at M2, and ULTRA Europe in Croatia.

Eric Prudz Live at Ultra Miami 2024 Megastructure

For RESISTANCE Ibiza 2026, Prydz brings his signature precision artistry to Amnesia for three co-headline appearances on August 5, September 2, and the Season 5 Closing Party on September 16. His presence adds another defining dimension to the residency’s expanded resident roster, anchoring one of the summer’s most anticipated headlining arcs on the White Isle.

With four world-class Residents anchoring Season 5 – Season Resident Adam Beyer alongside Headline Residents ARTBAT, Boris Brejcha, and Eric PrydzRESISTANCE Ibiza stands as one of the only residencies on the island this summer defined by a resident roster of this scale and magnitude.

RESISTANCE Ibiza Season 5 also marks the continuation of RESISTANCE‘s revolutionary, year-round global club residency program, creating an unprecedented circuit of clubbing experiences from Miami to the Mediterranean.

This first-of-its-kind format bridges RESISTANCE Miami – the acclaimed U.S. club presence in Ultra’s hometown of Miami Beach – with its award-winning Ibiza residency, merging two of dance music’s most iconic destinations into a singular, transcontinental movement.

Few brands, if any, have successfully established such a cohesive, continuous club presence across multiple continents, making RESISTANCE a trailblazer in its own right. By uniting two of the world’s most iconic nightlife destinations under one visionary brand, RESISTANCE sets a new benchmark for underground clubbing culture.

Franky Rizardo Drops Burning New House Anthem ‘Zero Azucar’

One of the Netherlands’ most in-demand exports, Franky Rizardo turns up the heat once again with his explosive new single ‘Zero Azucar’, out now on LTF Records. The record sees Franky double down on the groove-driven, peak-time sound that has made him a global dancefloor force.

Arriving in the wake of his newly announced residency at Pacha and fresh from a sold-out headline show at Amsterdam’s 15,000-capacity Ziggo Dome, ‘Zero Azucar’ captures an artist operating at full throttle. This latest cut leans unapologetically into his club instincts – tighter, tougher and primed for maximum impact.

Built around a rolling low-end and crisp, swinging percussion, ‘Zero Azucar’ is pure, unfiltered house energy. A rubbery bassline locks in from the outset, driving the track forward with hypnotic momentum, while sharp stabs and textured grooves build tension in all the right places.

It’s a heads-down, hands-up weapon, engineered for dark rooms, festival main stages and everything in between.

Franky Rizardo Zero Azucar

Franky has carved out a reputation for selections that are as groove-led as they are powerful. A longstanding member of the Music On family and a regular fixture on Ibiza’s most revered line-ups, he’s graced world-famous institutions including Space Miami, Fabric, Amnesia Ibiza, Shelter Amsterdam and Sound Nightclub, consistently delivering sets defined by flow, dynamism and razor-sharp control of the dancefloor.

Through his LTF Records imprint, Franky continues to shape the contemporary house landscape, with multiple Beatport chart-toppers and streaming successes under his belt.

Beyond the music, his FLOW concept has grown into a global brand, hosting over 20 large-scale events annually and expanding across Europe, North and South America, from New York and Miami to Peru, Medellín and Cali, uniting audiences through rhythm, connection and shared energy.

Zero Azucar’ signals a statement of intent. Bigger, bolder and built to hit harder, it’s Franky Rizardo in his purest form, locked into the groove and charging full speed into his next chapter.

Sound | Escape 2026, the third instalment of Sound | Escape, carries on a great tradition of Austrian and international artists meeting on equal ground and extreme altitude!

Jan Blomqvist headlined in 2024 and Sven Väth in 2025, making it clear that Kitzbühel Tourism know how to curate a lineup. We’re very much looking forward to the third edition of this electronic boutique festival at the most beautiful time of the winter season.”

Most of the venues are within easy walking distance from the gondola stations. When the mountain sessions wrap up each day, you can head back down into the valley and continue your Sound | Escape journey into the evening, making the most of everything Kitzbühel has to offer.

Goldie’s Rufige Kru Project Returns with ‘Metal Giants’ EP

Goldie’s alter ego project with Submotive, Rufige Kru, has returned to unleash another fearless and peerless body of work, the ‘Metal Giants’ EP.

Out now, the EP comprises 5 brand new tracks produced by Goldie and Submotive. Both the EP’s title – Metal Giants – and the artwork were inspired by the New York subway carriages which Goldie used to graffiti.

The tracks on the EP are already quickly gaining acclaim from peers across the industry, with DJ Krust, John B, DJ Marky, Micky Finn and Doc Scott all giving their stamp of approval to the new Rufige Kru material.

Goldie Presents: Rufige Kru – ‘Metal Giants’ EP

The Metal Giants EP opens ‘Metal Detekt‘, with its dissonant call and response beeps which were sampled from a Stussy x Metalheadz collab advert on YouTube. ‘Backgammon Blues‘ came from a real life incident when Rufige Kru‘s James and Goldie were playing backgammon with each other in Thailand – and things became very competitive.

People & Places (Submotive VIP)‘ was produced at the same time as the original (which appears on recent album ‘Alpha Omega‘). The EP’s synonymous closer was actually written first. “I wasn’t sure what to do with it, so it sat there as a DJ weapon”, says Rufige Kru‘s Submotive.

The final track features a vocal sample from the late New York graffiti artist Dondi, describing what he calls “metal giants” – the New York City train yard – where, standing between all the trains, everything looks so big and forged in steel.

The release of ‘Metal Giants‘ EP follows a huge year for Rufige Kru, who returned last year with the highly-acclaimed album ‘Alpha Omega‘. Nominated for ‘Best Album’ at the DJ Mag Awards, the record includes tracks such as ‘Still The Same‘ featuring CASISDEAD and ‘Goldikus‘, which features guest vocals from revered UK music legend Cleveland Watkiss MBE, sampled from a recording of Goldies 1993 set at legendary London club, The Blue Note.

REZZ Enlists Limbo Slice For New Track ‘Circuit’

REZZ

REZZ unleashes her newest single ‘Circuit’ in collaboration with rising artist Limbo Slice, out now via HypnoVizion.

Driven by tightly coiled tension and precision-built sound design, ‘Circuit‘ finds REZZ leaning further into velocity while preserving the hypnotic pull that defines her work.

The collaboration balances controlled intensity with gritty detail, pairing thunderous low-end with restless synth patterns that continually shift and escalate. Limbo Slice‘s industrial edge complements REZZ’s evolving palette, resulting in a track that feels both exhilarating and unpredictable as it unfolds.

“This is the fastest REZZ track of all time”, REZZ had to say.

REZZ is showing no signs of slowing down following a massive 2025 that included the release of her fifth studio album As The Pendulum Swings, the launch of her PORTAL audio-visual live experience, and seventh annual REZZ ROCKS headliner at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

She made history once again, this time as the Tacoma Dome‘s first-ever electronic female headliner, and marked a new personal milestone with her largest show to date. After kickstarting the year with her limited run As The Pendulum Swings Tour, REZZ will bring PORTAL to The Armory in Minneapolis, MN this weekend before returning to Coachella in April.

South Korean-born, UK-based producer Limbo Slice has gained traction with an enigmatic signature and monochromatic visual aesthetic. Collaborations with the likes of Astroglitch, One True God, and Mobiius have further solidified Limbo Slice‘s presence beyond the breakout hit ‘Aphotic‘. Returning to the scene following a brief hiatus, Limbo Slice‘ made his debut on HypnoVizion last month with ‘Fragment‘.
