Promising DJ and music producer ZEHV introduces his latest EP ‘Ōkami’ via ‘Mood of Mind’. The talented DJ is ready to showcase his skills and take his music to new heights and dancefloors all over the world.
Following previous releases that have reached the Beatport Top 10 chart and garnered recognition from high-profile names in the industry like Guy J, Fehrplay, and Cristoph, and also have given ZEHVthe opportunity to play alongside household names like Jeremy Olander and Andrew Bayer at iconic venues like Avant Gardner, Bogart House, and Quantum, ZEHV is ready to amaze his audience with this new production.
The two track EP showcases his characteristic style, while the groove and contagious melodies get the party started.
The title track Ōkami opens up with an industrial sounding beat, along with textural pads, the steady beat makes this track an instant hit. The energetic bassline, with a hard-hitting lower end keeps the vibes up, while intense risers meet with sonic glitches and a playful chop of a vocal sample adds more dynamic; soon the track comes to a halt, while pads stay on giving more tension, the growling bassline maintains the vibe and the beat persists, as the party feel continues, ZEHV plays with the filters and adds tension and texture, only to drop the song time and time again to a powerful release. This track provides a perfect club experience.
On the other hand, the second track ‘It’s So Simple’ shows exactly the opposite of what the title conveys; a powerful beat, with sonic elements that glitch and add texture to the track taking its listeners onto a powerful Tech-influenced journey, where ZEHV’s skills and style are evident. While an underlying pad raises the intensity of the song and maintains the vibe, a bouncy bassline makes it groove; the drops meet layers of synths and pads that wiggle around and keep the party going.
With this EP, ZEHV not only shows off his sound and talent, but also shows why his name is highly regarded as one not to miss. Be sure to follow ZEHV as he continues to deliver powerful tracks that keep the party going.
Ōkami is out now and available in all major online stores and streaming platforms.

This summer, Guy Gerber debuts his weekly residency, Mirror Game, at newly launched Club Chinois in Ibiza each Sunday. Centered around the power of the mirror, this weekly party series will take place from June 19 to October 9, and take attendees through the looking glass into the outsized imagination of Guy Gerber.
Contradiction and duality have been central to the internationally acclaimed DJ’s career since its inception, and he, like many artists, has struggled with the tension between aspiration and reality, something the mirror exposes. Mirror Game continues Gerber‘s eschewing of the easy path, the next chapter in an Ibiza story that includes his provocative Wisdom of The Glove residency, which appeared in the New York Times and featured a $150k glove, and was followed by Rumors, a free, feet-in-the-sand party with only unannounced sets.
In each instance Gerber sought to bring something different to the island, to embrace its contrarian roots and capture the mystique and freedom that captivated him on his very first trip to the White Island.
Inspired by Anish Kupor and James Turrell, Mirror Game is a deeply personal project for Gerber, who developed both the creative direction and artwork himself as well as handling all the bookings. It’s a human project, with production reliant on hand-made physical art rather than just the technological.
Mirrors, while elemental and earthly, are capable of transporting us into other worlds, as one of the most powerful and visual tools we have at our disposal, it is also one of our most ancient. Every week attendees will enter into a room full of mirrors; tinted, distorted, ancient and new, these mirrors will reflect our pain, pleasure, beauty and flaws, serving up a rogue’s gallery of reflections to find and lose yourself in.
Hidden inside this hall of mirrors will be a very special room that allows you to pass through the reflection. Mirror Game members or token holders will step beyond the party, having access to curated digital art pieces, an ownership stake in a Gerber track and even a stake in the party itself. Will you come inside?
The night Glowal showed the world what’s coming. On a warm spring evening on the beautiful hills of Pisa, the duo hosted their first Sementa label event, and the first ever electronic music event at the Anfiteatro Triangolo Verde, in collaboration with Ardesia, UISP Valdera, Yupac and Yed. From sunset till dawn, over a thousand people united in an open-air field for an artistic showcase of creatives and their passions.
Conceived during the somber times of lockdown, Fabio Giannelli and Alessandro Gasperini‘s label Sementa has had a boiling pot of idiosyncratic ideas just waiting to be revealed. And finally, on May 28th, the first event served as the perfect kickoff for the long journey ahead. Glowal took this opportunity to exhibit local Italian talent while promoting a unique landmark in the country they call home, and bringing passionate individuals together.
When the darkness fell atop the hill, the stars of the show shined brightly from the Anfiteatro at 21:00. The duo took 1,600 attendees gathered in the arena into the underground realm, and they shook the dancefloor as it has never been shaken before. Glowal marked their label’s outstanding capacity by bringing the first electronic event to the grand Anfiteatro. They enchanted the crowd with their staple synthetic sound, playing tracks from their recent debut album ‘Trigger Your Sense‘ which was released on April 15, and teasing a few upcoming bangers soon to be released on Innervisions and Afterlife.
The pair thus enkindled a sonic ambiance this monumental Italian landmark had yet to experience. The audience was submerged in every beat, as Glowal unveiled their audial range by carrying the circle through their melodic waves and subliminal industrial touches into the early hours of the morning. Goodbyes were dealt at 4:00, but the memories of that night will be everlastingly engraved in those who witnessed the energy, warmth and passion shared. With such a successful debut label event, Glowal have paved the way for a great season of exciting projects ready for take-off.
Earlier, the evening began at 18:00 farther up, on top of the hill by the breathtaking titanic sculptures, and was opened by a variety of performances by Italian talents like DJ’s Impure, Dohze & Lari, and Tommaso Bracaloni, and exceptional dancers Susannah Lheme and Francesca Valeri, Kevin Seiti, and Pole Dance Valdera. To add to the range of flair, there was also a hairdressing show by Lina’s and Alberto Simoneschi, and a unique fashion installation by the 2021 Vogue Talent Award winner, Emilia Torcini. Delicious streetfood was catered by Grano Vivo, Niccó il Gelataio, and Gab, while the aesthetic frame was being eternalized in ravishing paintings by Pietro Mazzilli and Ciocci.
