Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and Bruno Martini team up for “Shameless” ft. Mayra

When a song enjoys as much success as ‘Savages’, it’s no wonder the world has been begging for a follow-up. Answering the crowd’s cries for more, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and Bruno Martini have once again joined forces with songstress Mayra to deliver a track that’s at least as undeniably strong and infectious as its predecessor. Enter ‘Shameless’.

Picking up where ‘Savages’ left off, ‘Shameless’ sees Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Bruno Martini and Mayra reach even greater heights with a stunning new vocal track. Juggling Mayra’s dynamic vocals with stellar builds and powerful, club-ready drops, ‘Shameless’ could very well be one of their biggest records of the year.

With the single already premiered on SiriusXM BPM and supported by Music Choice as well as dance music icons such as David Guetta, it can only get better for ‘Shameless’ as its creators introduce it to the world with a joint performance at Story in Miami on the eve of its release.

Here’s what they had to say about the track:

Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and Bruno Martini“We had such a blast working with Mayra and each other on ‘Savages’ and were really excited to see it do so well. In the studio, we inspire and bring out the best in each other, so we were looking to put this into practice again. The result of that is ‘Shameless’ and we hope the world will love this one as much as we had fun writing it.”

Somehow always managing to trump the success of the previous year with their endeavors in the next, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano boast a track record that includes many stellar productions and even more blistering live performances. With spots at the world’s finest festivals and venues, the Amsterdam-based duo continually stakes its claim as one of the most consistent and prolific House acts of the moment, and they’re not afraid to show it, of which ‘Shameless’ is yet another sterling example.

From joining the likes of Steve Angello, Hardwell and Galantis on tour and mainstage slots at Electric Zoo Festival, Beyond Wonderland Mexico, Tomorrowland Belgium and Rock in Rio to producing a truckload of international chart toppers, Bruno Martini truly is one of the hottest talents of today’s music scene.

Since clocking up 350 million streams with debut record ‘Hear Me Now‘, the Brazilian mastermind went on to raise the stakes with even more remarkably addictive singles, including ‘Never Let Me Go’, ‘Living On The Outside’ and ‘Sun Goes Down’. ‘Shameless’ is without a doubt the latest addition to that list.

Hailing from the same country as her lifetime friend and partner-in-crime Bruno Martini, singer, composer, actress and songwriter Mayra ranks among the most talented and versatile Brazilian artists. Having inherited her musical gift from her father, she managed to become one of the most in-demand singer-songwriters in South America and her brilliant contribution to ‘Shameless’ could very well be touted as the icing on the cake.

Top 10 Songs About Love and Dating

10. Beyoncé – “God Made You Beautiful”

One might think that “God Made You Beautiful” is an immodest appeal to herself, but no: it is dedicated to the little daughter of Beyoncé and is a public declaration of love for her own child. Hence the avalanche of tenderness and warmth which is enclosed in a simple soft melody and fluffy arrangement.

9. Cut Copy – “Let Me Show Your Love”

There is a lot of warmth and comfort in this young-hearted idealistic song. Therefore, if you are tired of listening to Daft Punk, and you still want summer in these winter days, then here it is – a time machine that will take you to where the sun shines forever.

8. Royksopp – “Something in My Heart”

Something in My Heart is a Scandinavian type textbook lounge, yet it is still a modern classic. It is a beautiful blend of soft and airy sounds with fast electronic melody.

7. Jake Bugg – “All Your Reasons”

Velvet sound, skillful guitar, confident and rich young vocals are all that is necessary for someone who appreciates naturalness and depth of feelings in music. Bugg’s songs are already being played in English stadiums during the breaks of football matches, and this is deserved fame. For this guy from Nottingham, music is a kind of air that he breathes, and he manages to translate this passion into his songs.

6. Hozier – “Almost”

The popular Irish musician Hozier holds the 6th spot on our list. And this is not surprising because the sweet-voiced singer, despite the fact that his career is relatively new, has made lots of hits. We consider “Almost” to be his finest work. The composition is made in a funk manner that is not typical for the singer and is quite easy to follow.

You should definitely listen to this song with a person you love, but if you don’t have one yet, then be sure to visit this Russian wives dating site. Don’t miss out!

5. Disclosure and Mary J. Blige – “F for You”

Last year’s major British debutants in electronic music have dragged Mary J. Blige into the studio, who has one of the most spectacular voices of the modern American soul. The synthesis of velvet beat and rolling vocals is incredibly organic, and while it is a relatively new song, we still think that it will be fondly remembered long after its release.

4. Shakira and Rihanna – “Can’t Remember to Forget You”

“Can’t Remember to Forget You” uses mechanisms that have already been used more than once by the Colombian girl, yet the lack of originality doesn’t take away from its sheer quality. The tandem is rich in halftones: Shakira traditionally screams like a mad Amazonian woman, and Rihanna is responsible for vocal plasticity and femininity. In other words, this song is fantastic.

3. Glasser – “Shape”

It is the magnum opus of the singer from Massachusetts whose work deserves more resonance than it has now. There are obvious intersections with Bjork, yet it doesn’t spoil the overall quality of the song; it rather enhances it. This song only proves how underrated this artist is. Any creative effort by Glasser makes up for a unique listen; he always finds something new to explore in the world of sounds. This is a cool and extremely melodic electronic song; it will be fondly remembered long after its release.

2. Damon Albarn – “Everyday Robots”

The leader of the group Blur, the author of the Gorillaz project and one of the best singers of our time, Damon Albarn, began to discover himself as a solo act. And the first child of this discovery was Everyday Robots, four minutes of crystal beauty, where there was a place for violin tenderness, oriental percussions, and a cradling melody in which Albarn’s subtle vocal vibrations fit perfectly. With the help of such music, you can effectively put children to sleep, heal spiritual wounds, or do simple household chores, yet it is beautiful nonetheless.

1. Paloma Faith – “Can’t Rely on You”

This is an expressive soul song with a distinct funk flavor from one of the strangest and brightest British female singers. The song is for those who love ringing female vocals, not saving on decibels and emotions. Paloma Faith is one of those girls who are generously gifted with nature, like Adele and Amy Winehouse, but not yet burdened with world fame. Although if her outstanding voice data and enchanting concert performances will get a decent promotion over time, Paloma may well become the new pop wonder of the world scale.

Tomorrowland festival is expanding its Mainstage viewing area

tomorrowland
Tomorrowland 2018 :The Story Of Planaxis"

In preparation for its 15th anniversary, and anticipation of perhaps it’s largest gathering to date, the mighty Tomorrowland festival is expanding its mainstage area. To coincide with the massive line-up that is expected to overtake the powerhouse Belgium experience, the stage area is set to experience exponential growth.

Reports from De Schorre indicate that the grass fields that surround the area around the mainstage are going to expand for this year’s celebration. The area sits in a man-made grassy bowl-shaped area which faces the stage, and it has formed steps that create a gigantic amphitheater.

In prior years the grass field met with a fenced off wooded area that was not accessible to the attendees. Tomorrowland has decided that they are going to need more space for this year’s event, and they are adding additional stairs to the grassy slope area, as well as utilizing the previously untouched wooded area.

Accommodating for over 400,000 people in any setting takes a tremendous amount of preparation. Tomorrowland seems to have figured out exactly how to manage it after so many successful happenings. It is obvious that the people behind the scenes absolutely love everything about it. They love the music, the production, gathering the people together, the experience, the show, raising the collective consciousness, and most importantly, they absolutely love the people of Tomorrowland; or else it would not work, and it would not be.

As the day draws nearer and more details unfold about the mighty Tomorrowland, we will certainly be here to keep everybody posted about updates that revolve around the giant. All we can say is, come dance, come play, come connect, come love, come one, come all. There is no better time than now to start living life, and experiencing the best music festival on Planet Earth, tap into it.

Martin Garrix and Bonn reunite for new single ‘No Sleep’

martin garrix
Martin Garrix

Martin Garrix is back with another single in the form of No Sleep, a beautiful track which sees him back in partnership with the amazing Bonn.

It’s the second time these two have collaborated of course, following the immense success of last year’s High On Life. Premiered by Martin and Bonn live at Tomorrowland 2018, the track has had 140 million streams on Spotify and Apple Music combined, with the video picking up a further 104 million.

Where High On Life was all about stadium-sized theatrics and huge synth chords, No Sleep is softer — but still has that cinematic sense of occasion that made their previous collab so impactful.

The end of February and start of March see Martin head out on tour in Australia and South Africa, taking in Melbourne (Feb 23), Sydney (Feb 24 + 25), Cape Town (March 1) and Johannesburg (March 2). He will also be heading to Miami for Ultra where he will play the MainStage as well as host a stage with his label STMPD RCRDS.

If you’re lucky enough to make it to one of those dates, you’re likely to hear him play this one in all its glory.
