Reflecting on two decades of fostering global unity through love, cherished friendships, and enchanting memories, Tomorrowland festival eagerly anticipates commemorating its 20-year milestone in the upcoming year.
The festival is poised to unveil a fresh chapter in the picturesque surroundings of De Schorre in Boom, Belgium, during the summer of 2024. Themed ‘LIFE,’ it is as a prequel to the 2016 ‘Elixir of Life‘ theme. Tomorrowland Belgium 2024 is scheduled across two weekends from July 19-21 and July 26-28, extending a warm welcome to 400,000 People of Tomorrow representing over 200 nations.
Tomorrowland 2024 will revolve around the theme ‘LIFE‘ transporting the People of Tomorrow to the vibrant era of Silvyra—a realm adorned with lush nature, on the brink of a celestial convergence as the two moons align. This new theme illuminates the origins of the Mother Tree and her guardian, the Maze, the inaugural concoction of the Elixir of Life, and the inception of the splendid Rose Garden, all of which would evolve into iconic Tomorrowland elements many years later.
Tomorrowland LIFE 2024 theme
Like the previous festival theme of ‘Adscendo‘, the People of Tomorrow will have the opportunity to read the complete fantasy origin story of ‘LIFE‘ before coming to the festival next summer and fully understand the entire story behind the Mainstage. Stay tuned for the release info about the second Tomorrowland festival book.

EXIT festival’s record label EXIT Soundscape proudly presents its third release titled “Into The Unknown” a melodic house & techno collaboration between Ilija Djokovic and Teya Flow.
Ilija Djokovic is a part of the EXIT Festival family, growing and presenting his unique style on the festival’s stages throughout the years. He is a Belgrade-based DJ & producer who conveys real emotion through his melodies and powerful beats.
Teya Flow is a Ukrainian recording artist, singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ who blends various music styles with her vocals and lyrics to create an original sound. These two are now joining forces for a brand new EXIT Soundscape release.
Here’s what Ilija had to say about the release:
“When I bought my first piece of hardware ever, the “beast” that is MOOG SUB 37, this was the first project to be recorded on it. I called it ‘Époque.’ Although I loved the vibe, I’ve always felt the track was missing something. Teya Flow enriched the track with her unique signature, adding a new dimension to it”
He also said that he was delighted with what Teya and himself did in the final stage with her vocals to finalize this timeless piece of melodic house music, while Teya Flow said she felt such a deep spectrum of emotions and feelings when Ilija shared the demo track with her.
“I added my own experience with lyrics and vocal harmonies, as well as my huge desire to cultivate real values through music at a time when things seem to be getting crazier by the day” said Teya.
Grammy-nominated and internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Nic Fanciulli returns to Defected records with ‘Vente’ in collaboration with Miami natives Calussa.
The globally revered producer and Saved Records boss is no stranger to Defected success, with summertime anthem ‘I Want You’ with Butch and his edit of A’Studio’s ‘S.O.S’ garnering acclaim from house fans and choice selectors alike.
Now, he works with Calussa, comprised of siblings Andrew and Gino Gomez, who are known for their multi-disciplinary approach to music – writing, performing, producing their own tracks, and taking inspiration from Latin and Afro-tech.
‘Vente’ is a culmination of these artists’ signature sounds, with Calussa’s far-reaching influences combined with the sleek and arresting production of Fanciulli for a bona fide future club anthem.
‘Vente’ by Nic Fanciulli & Calussa will be released via Defected Records on November 17.
The results are finally here! French superstar DJ and producer David Guetta has been crowned DJ Mag’s No.1 DJ in the 30th anniversary edition of their iconic Top 100 DJs poll. Guetta returns to the No.1 spot for the fourth time after one of the most exciting years of his career to date, with a countless list of smash hit singles, iconic live shows and accolades to his name.
“It’s incredible! It’s wonderful! It’s great because I feel like every time I’m on the top of the Top 100 DJs, it’s for a different reason. You know, the two previous times were probably thanks to Future Rave. This time is probably thanks to ‘I’m Good’ and those big crossover records. I love that I can express different feelings in different ways.”
The range of Guetta‘s decade-spanning reign is second to none: with humble beginnings spinning hip hop, house and disco vinyl in Paris’ Broad club alongside the likes of Cassius & Daft Punk before they were internationally renowned artists, to becoming one of the most prolific DJs in the world who can turn his hand to pop, dance, techno and more. He has shown no signs of stopping in 2023; with genre no obstacle, and crossover hits dominating the charts worldwide.
DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2023
The awards were announced during a broadcast event, hosted by BBC Radio One‘s Arielle Free from The Standard, Ibiza. The show featured an iconic David Guetta performance from an Ibiza cliff top, alongside sets from four leading DJs from unique locations that spanned four continents: ALOK from The Edge in New York City, in association with FREE FIRE, Future Star Winner, DESIREE, from Atlixco, Mexico, Outstanding Contribution Winner, Carl Cox from Melbourne, Australia and Nora En Pure from Bali, Indonesia.
Kicking off what was to become a standout year in his career, Guetta stormed into 2023 with his dance smash ‘Baby Don’t Hurt Me‘, with the two pop megastars Anne-Marie and Coi Leray. It arrived as the hotly anticipated follow-up to Spotify global #1 and streaming monster, ‘I’m Good (Blue)‘. The track earned Guetta his eleventh Grammy nomination, receiving a nod for ‘Best Dance/Electronic Recording’, has garnered 1.8 billion global streams and simultaneously hit #1 at the US Top 40 & US Dance Radio charts.
After a year of smash hits, it is only right for Guetta to see out 2023 with two final huge singles: earlier this month he released the house-influenced ‘Big FU‘ with Afropop sensation Ayra Starr and Chicago rap star Lil Durk, which showed an unexpected and refreshing side to Guetta’s production with its slick grooves and infectious funk bassline.
Follow-up pop single ‘When We Were Young‘, an inspired new take on Supertramp‘s ‘The Logical Song‘ with pop megastar Kim Petras, was released just last week: a futuristic banger that thematically looks to the past, creating a sense of nostalgia as we head into the end of another superb year for David Guetta.
Future Rave
Elsewhere he has provided remixes for some of the world’s biggest stars including pop royalty Sam Smith & Kim Petras, Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Megan Thee Stallion and Kodak Black. He also recently delivered a dancefloor-ready remix for BTS star Jungkook‘s new hit ‘Seven‘ featuring Latto.
His renowned live show experience has extended this year to headlining the main stage at Ultra Miami Festival in March, as well as his two Ibiza residencies: diving deeper into his Future Rave records and party concept, which hosted weekly sold-out shows at The World’s No.1 Club, Hï Ibiza – as well as his legendary party F*** Me I’m Famous! continuing at Ushuaïa Ibiza.
He also continued with his residency at Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas, a huge Future Rave performance at The Brooklyn Mirage, and many of the world’s biggest events and festivals. Guetta also closes out the huge year with a December tour across Asia, South America and the Middle East moving into the start of 2024 – bringing in the New Year with celebrations in Rio De Janeiro.
This year he has also received a spread of new accolades, picking up two awards at the LOS40 Music Awards, the ‘Dance Act of the Year’ award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards and ‘DJ of the Year’ award at the NRJ Music Awards. Other rewards include the ‘Best Electronic Act’ at the MTV EMAs, #1 Producer by 1001Tracklists, and the ‘Producer of the Year’ award at the BRITs in recognition of his production successes.
As he continues to dominate the global charts and play some of the most exciting sets of his career, all while expanding his creative vision, exploring new sounds and evolving as an artist, David Guetta demonstrates time and time again why he is the most cherished electronic artist of our generation. This win once again consolidates his status at the very top of the DJ pile – with no signs of relenting at any point soon.

Starting on November 28th, every Tuesday at 7PM CEST a new 20 minute episode of UNFILTERED will be streaming on Colyn’s YouTube Channel and will feature his own music, including previously released music, special edits created solely for the series, music that will never be released, and teasers of what’s to come.
The artist has had another standout year and with more innovative sounds on labels like Afterlife, Rose Avenue and a recent remix for Armin van Buuren as well as headline shows at iconic festivals like Tomorrowland, Coachella Festival, Street Parade and gigs at Voodoo Village, Brunch Electronik, The Loft, Savaya, and with Afterlife in Ibiza, Miami, Buenos Aires and many more.
Over the course of the last 12 months he has been shadowed by talented videographer Arun for several months. In that time he has captured all the behind the scenes footage, up and downs from what has been an intense but extremely important period in his artistic career.
Episodes take place in the likes of Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Amsterdam, Tulum, Miami, NYC, London, Barcelona and Dubai and feature skydiving, hours stuck on a plane, dinners with the likes of Rüfüs Du Sol, sunrise sets at Space Miami, afterparties, studio time and days off amongst so much more with guest appearances from the likes of Ben Böhmer, Monolink, Korolova, GORDO, Innellea, Camelphat, Vintage Culture, Patrice Bäumel and tens more talents.
UNFILTERED is a unique look into the life of Colyn on tour. It shows the fun side of being an artist, but also the struggles you are faced with, including gigs getting cancelled while already performing, delayed and cancelled flights, missing important moments from friends and family, or popping an eardrum during a show to name a few.
Not getting much sleep is also a big part of it, but overall being a touring artists consists of mostly positive experiences; receiving incredible energy from fans, playing amazing shows & beautiful locations, building friendships with other artists and the hardworking people that make these events happen, the discovery of new cultures & food, and all the other fun and inspiring people you meet on the road.
Here’s what Colyn had to say: ”I’m super proud of the results and the endless support I receive from my family, friends and team throughout this wonderful journey. I can’t wait to share UNFILTERED with you!”
Videographer ARUN adds, “‘There are not many professions that would exceed the variety in documentation than the life of an international touring artist. Every day of every tour has a natural buildup, which all eventually comes together in a moment of pure joy during the show. As each episode takes place in a different corner of the world, it allows for many scenic and cinematic elements, amplified by the beauty of Colyn’s filmic music.
Being on tour for months and spending so much time together developed into a special connection that also enabled me to create something real, human and funny. The idea was to make it feel like the viewer becomes part of the tour, which I tried to accomplish by shooting alone instead of having a full crew. I am beyond excited to show you the result.”
This documentary series is set to offer a rare but vital look at the real life of a touring artist.
