With his label signings rapidly picking up, Rich Furniss follows up his May 6th debut on Miami-based house label Global305 via On The Moon EP with yet another brand new release signed to a label brand new to him In It Together.
“Summertime (feat. L’Marco)” symbolizes the fast-paced schedule Rich Furniss is in the midst of as the demand for his house-laced music continues to pick up.
“Summertime (feat. L’Marco)” blends together several energizing and charming house elements where an old-school spirit aligns with modern 128BPM aesthetics. From the first seconds of the track playing out, a crisp percussion fills the air and moments later, the captivating, soulful spirit of L‘Marco permeates.
The chorus brings out the main hook which peaks the infectiousness of the song. Cleverly designed to ascend a late night mood in the club to an epic place, “Summertime,” has all the hallmarks of a well-equipped house-heater that acts as effective ammo to take a set to a special place.
With another label debut right around the corner on June 10th via HouseU, Rich Furniss is on a flow that can’t be stopped in 2022.

This Album travels between different genres, moving between electronica to more dance floor techno orientated tracks, always with a positive and feel-good vibe.
Returning to the scene in 2022, Blossom Kollektiv presents a new full-length album ‘Infinity‘ from Portuguese producer Pixel 82, known for his releases on Mont Lake, Local Talk, Toy Tonics, & Ministry of Sound and as one of the most active DJs and producers in Portugal.
A record that was produced during a time of forced introspection and uncertainty, as a rediscovery of the past to find the future. He wanted to create an uplifting vibe for the songs on the album while still having a subtle dystopian feel to them. To achieve this sound, he experimented with polarities and used sounds that are personal to himself including organic sounds from nature and even from his personal life with the use of a recording of the heartbeat of his own daughter.
During the nine-track expedition, the artist creates an honest tour de force,
without the constraints of making dance floor shakers and the end result is a highly effective trip that electronic music lovers around the world will adore, not only for listening but also with various moments that will work wonders on the dance floor. Each track is carefully crafted to play off the other with lively alluring synths, eclectic beats, and clever use of vocals throughout the album that seals each track together cohesively.
The final message of the album leaves an impression of hope through the title “Infinity” that comes from what the artist calls a simple idea of a loop, the continuum of life, togetherness, and union, which he has seamlessly expressed through his own experience during a time of the unknown.
As the listener takes an intimate tour of the album’s soundscapes, they will surely find the light at the end of the tunnel, either in the intimacy of their own home or on a sweaty dance floor.
Pioneering musical concept Anyma, the brainchild of Tale Of Us’ Matteo Milleri, has joined forces with multi-talented artist Chris Avantgarde on new single ‘Consciousness’.
Steeped in emotion and majestically refined, ‘Consciousness‘ combines euphoric arpeggios with sleek synths and rousing, robotic vocals. It follows ‘Angel 1‘, Anyma‘s recent collaborative single with Innellea.
“‘Consciousness’ came about as Chris and I’s musical interpolation to connect the real and virtual world,”Anyma explains. “Our sonic bridge between web3 and web2. The future and the past.”
Anyma Chris Avantgarde – Consciousness
Utilising the immense possibilities of Extended Reality, Anyma creates a universal language all of its own, bringing the artist and the audience closer, while blurring the boundaries between real and surreal. The result is an interactive space that formulates itself as a journey of discovery, understanding human expressivity and creativity through the analysis of souls and emotions.
Classical and jazz-trained multi-instrumentalist, Chris Avantgarde has previously released on Afterlife following last year’s remix of ‘A Magic World‘ by KAS:ST. Chris’ work as a composer includes placements in hit TV shows and blockbuster movie trailers alike. (DARK, Lucifer, Ragnarok, Sicario 2, Birds of Prey).
A futuristic and innovating collaboration by two pioneering artists in electronic music, ‘Consciousness‘ is undeniably one 2022’s most enthralling productions.

International sensation and one of the best DJs and producers in Latin America, Gian Varela, has teamed up with Spinnin’ Records signed artist Steve Andreas to unleash wide-appealing electronic release “Veneno.”
The work clashes multiple cultures together at once without generating any friction. “Veneno,” is smooth and fluid, the arrangement, writing, and production all harmonically aligning to render a feel that’s cohesive and digestible. “Veneno,” is designed to be a fierce attention-grabber from the east to the west, blending together a popular electronic sonic framework with a heavy-dose of Latin pop and guaracha influences.
The single exposes an untapped middle ground between the spectrum of house and dance, being yet another factor that influences what will attract a large demographic audience to the sound. Alongside these components, Steve Andreas helps top it off with his vibrant ‘island’ aura injected within, an energy he’s a natural talent at providing.
“Veneno,” not only meshes the best parts of Gian Varela and Steve Andreas, but also fuses an eclectic blend of the style he’s put out during the pandemic and the shift he’s evolved toward now that the worst of COVID restrictions are gone.
Gian Varela is at the starting line of a new saga of songs, content, and events that will roll out in 2022, with “Veneno,” symbolizing the lockdown era being put to rest, while making the most out of his life’s mission: bringing joy to the global community through the power of music.
Check out the full interview below!
What type of message or meaning do you hope people gain from listening to “Veneno?”
Veneno is a record that sings about a girl accepting she’s “toxic” but she’s YOUR Toxic girl. So I wanted a sexy, badass record for Latina and global girls to sing with! While also playing with being toxic. This record definitely is more of a fun, party oriented record than a deep messaged record.
What did you do during the COVID period of time?
I really got deep into learning more production and honing my skills. I switched to Ableton from Logic Pro X as a producer and really studied my sound and my music. You’ll notice that my sound changed and Veneno is the link between the old Gian Varela and the new Gian Varela.
Do you prefer playing music vs producing music, or perhaps do you get about the same joy from each?
It’s a different joy from each. But I will say I couldn’t imagine not playing the music I produced Live, I think that is the epitome of energy. Being like: I made this, and now I’ve got thousands of people vibing, singing or jumping to your track. That’s always breathtaking to me.
Do you have a favorite country to travel to?
I really don’t have. I feel each country has a magic to it and something interesting/different to do. But I will say I’m dying to go to Japan.
Who would you say are your musical influences that inspired the sounds you make today?
Dj Snake, Major Lazer, Henry Fong, Laidback Luke, Wiwek. These are artists that were really good at using the latin essence In their records and DJ sets. They truly shaped me to what I produce and play nowadays.
Where do you see electronic music going, what trends do you think will start or get bigger in the future?
Honestly, I have no idea where Dance music is going, but I think that is the exiting part. Yet in terms of trends, Spanish House.
Cyazon continues to make a ripple in the Electronic music scene, the talented DJ and producer shows off his skills and talents with each release. His characteristic sound, a mix of futuristic elements and cyberpunk aesthetic, comes across in his latest production ‘Netrunner’ featuring musician Becko.
Now, Cyazon let us in on the behind-the-scenes process of ‘Netrunner’ and told us what’s coming up next for him.
Hello Cyazon! How are you?
Hello! Doing great, thanks for asking.
Can you walk us through the process of working on ‘Netrunner’? How did the production start?
I started on creating the main synth melody. I was playing on my keyboard and found a nice melody line that I liked. I then found a nice bass pulse for the intro too. I added melodic atmospheres as well afterwards. The pre-chorus came pretty easy since I added an additional bass and percussion impacts.
For the drop, I filled in the spots with bass fills where it felt empty. I used the main bass to carry the main focus for the song. For the main bass, I heard in my head the pitch changes I wanted for the bass throughout. The song pretty much finished itself from left to right.
Are there any specific influences or references you used for the track?
From my memory, I was just trying to create a dark dystopian atmosphere. Other than the Bladerunner vibe I typically try to go for, not really.
Did you find any new processes, sounds or elements while working on the track?
Definitely a new process whenever a label requests a different main bass sound. Initially I really liked how my original main bass in the chorus/drop sounded. But then I ended up tweaking a preset I made from before and that’s how I figured that out. Other bass fills throughout I discovered while doing a bass sound design jam, which is when you use one sound and put a lot of different effects to get interesting glitches/tones out of it.
How did the collaboration with Becko came about? How was working with him?
I remember emailing him the song to see if he wanted to work on it. I also gave him the story behind the song and the vision too. The lyrics he did definitely painted the picture for the listener for Netrunner. Working with him was great. His vocal effects helped a lot with finalizing the vocal, giving it the cyberpunk vibe. Genuinely a nice guy with a unique vision for sure.
How long did it take you to finish this song?
It took me about 1 year to finish the song. I already had the production done, and I was trying to find the right vocalist for it. Half the time was spent polishing the mixing and master of the song, and replacing certain sounds.
What was your favorite part of the production process?
I would say working with Becko’s vocal and replacing the main bass sound. Replacing it was a fun challenge since I didn’t know how it would come out, but it ended up working out.
Can you describe the song to someone who hasn’t heard it before?
Imagine being put in a scene of the movie Tron Legacy or Blade Runner. Futuristic sounds and rock/screamo vocals. I think that best describes the song.
What are you currently working on?
I’m working on new music, and trying to explore different genres.
Any upcoming releases or performances you are looking forward to?
I have another release with Becko called ‘Artificial Tears coming’ out on FiXT on May 20th. That’s all I have planned for right now.
