Abu Dhabi’s luxury private resort Zaya Nurai Island is to give itself over to a high-class music festival that will take place on 22nd to 23rd November 2019.

A short 15-minute boat ride off the shores of Abu Dhabi, you will discover Zaya Nurai Island. A piece of paradise like nowhere else, it offers 52 private villas, a world-class oceanside spa, five fine and casual food and beverage experiences, one-of-a-kind beach club, and a calendar of exceptional activities on land and sea.

There are three ways to get to this magical island – by boat, helicopter or seaplane. Shuttle boats will be departing from the welcome center to the island and back throughout the entire festival time – inclusive of the pass.

Junction 2 Festival has revealed its first acts for 2020

Junction 2 Festival has revealed its first acts for 2020, including a live performance by Jon Hopkins who will headline the London festival on Friday 5th June. Further acts announced today include Four Tet, Amelie Lens, Adam Beyer, Ben Klock and Honey Dijon.

The festival returns to London’s Boston Manor Park on 5th and 6th June 2020 with the Friday line-up representing Junction 2‘s commitment to diverse electronic music. At the heart of this is the genre-busting sound of Jon Hopkins. This will be his only full live performance in London next year and he’s going to be marrying his immersive, widescreen music with his stunning visual show.

Also on the bill for Friday, Junction 2 will welcome an exclusive London festival appearance for 2020 from a DJ with a truly global reputation, Four Tet. Known for mesmerising sets that shimmer in the spaces between garage, tuff house and the outer reaches of experimental techno, fans will be excited to see what he has in store for the crowds at Boston Manor Park.

Friday will also welcome one of the most exciting DJs in the world right now, Honey Dijon, who will play her signature Chicago house and disco with plenty of fiery attitude, plus an extended exclusive set from Hessle Audio, a trio who’ve been setting the pace in underground music for over a decade.

Saturday’s line-up, meanwhile, sees the best in techno legends and the most exciting rising stars play. Junction 2 welcomes back its figurehead, Adam Beyer, for his only London festival appearance in 2020. The techno don’s performances have been among the most memorable of the past five years.

Berghain‘s Ben Klock returns to the festival to also play on Saturday to soundtrack the darkest part of the night playing another masterclass from someone adept at manipulating tempo and rhythm. One of the most exciting names in modern techno, Amelie Lens, joins him on the Saturday line-up bringing her unrelenting waves of energy to Junction 2, plus London-born artist Dax J will play his fast, raw club music as part of the 6th June line-up for his only festival set in London for the year.

Junction 2‘s weekend resident for 2020 is Avalon Emerson. There’s perhaps no contemporary DJ who synthesises this sense of precision with an ability to find wildly original dancefloor choices. As a DJ and producer, Avalon has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top tier of names in the electronic underground. Avalon will spearhead multiple sets in addition to helping curate other respected acts and set the tone for two days of music exploring the spectrum of versatile, dynamic house and techno.

As fans have come to expect from Junction 2, every set is programmed to match the right sounds with the right stages, which includes both beautiful green spaces and stark industrial fragments, where the best handpicked selectors can fully flex their creative range.

Nicole Moudaber rings in 2020 with Factory 93 presents Twelve 31

Closing out another milestone year, dance music powerhouse Nicole Moudaber advances her techno march into the new decade this New Year’s Eve at Insomniac’s Factory 93 presents Twelve 31 on Tuesday, December 31.

Making her highly anticipated return to Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium, Nicole will be closing out the epic night, alongside fellow techno titan Adam Beyer, Italian Drumcode signee Enrico Sangiuliano, and local favorite Gerard Not Gerald for LA’s marquee techno throwdown to ring in the new year.

Nicole delivers a scintillating rework of Jaydee’s 1992 R&S classic “Plastic Dreams” (#1 on Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart) for renowned record label and events brand Renaissance out on November 29.

Her spectacular and atmospheric remix debuted on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show last weekend and is already receiving strong DJ support, not least from Carl Cox, who has been playing it out as a highlight of his recent sets.

An iconic track from her NYC clubbing days, she applied her trademark tough yet melodic sound, emphasizing the jazzy bass notes and famous organ synthesiser refrain, to deliver a fresh and vibrant reworking. Another classic TUNE is born!

On the new remix, Nicole said, “I didn’t want to lose the essence of this ground-breaking track. I kept the balance between house and techno and added a little touch of jazz. I was in New York when I first heard it; I was dancing, I was flying, I was connecting with people, I was making memories. I believe I gave it justice, I certainly gave it a lot of space and respect of its original identity.”

An influential and multi-faceted figure in dance music as a DJ, producer, radio host, label head, philanthropist, and more, Nicole Moudaber consistently leaves her mark year in and year out.

After a widely successful year with performances all over the world, DJ and producer, Fedde Le Grand returns with a massive cross genre remix for Charlie Puth’s ‘Mother’. Fedde Le Grand adds his own vibrant flair to ‘Mother’ creating an entirely new vision for the song.

This release follows ‘Skank‘ and ‘Like We Do‘ from earlier this year on Fedde‘s imprint Darklight Recordings. Known for being an industry leader, Fedde Le Grand continues to prove his versatility as a producer with this genre-crossing remix. The track is out now across all streaming platforms.

Fedde Le Grand recreated ‘Mother‘ with his own unique dance floor style in mind. With multiple layers of lush synths and bouncy percussion, this track is destined to be a festival mainstay. While still showing appreciation for the original piece, Fedde Le Grand reimagines ‘Mother‘ with a glittering instrumental arrangement. The original track by Charlie Puth was released by Atlantic Records in early September and has received substantial recognition.

Charlie Puth is an American pop singer and songwriter who was discovered through self-made YouTube videos. Not too long after that he was picked up by Atlantic Records who released his debut track ‘Marvin Gaye‘ with Meghan Trainor in 2015. Some notable releases from Charlie Puth include ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’ and ‘One Call Away’ which both peaked in the Top 15 of Billboard’s Hot 100 in 2017.

Dutch superstar DJ and Producer, Martin Garrix is back with a glorious new single ‘Used To Love’. The track features vocals from Australian singer-songwriter Dean Lewis and was crafted last summer during the time the pair spent weeks together working in Amsterdam. The collaboration is another perfect fit for Garrix.

“It was amazing to make this song together”, says Martin. “Dean is such a good friend and an exciting talent. He writes deeply personal lyrics and his style of music is timeless.”

Lewis makes for a formidable collaboration, with over 2.5 billion streams of his heartfelt music. His debut album debuted at #1 in his native Australia — where he also received four ARIA nominations — and hit #1 in the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Album Charts.

Speaking about the collaboration Dean said : “Since my career began, collaborations never felt like something I saw myself pursuing. As a song writer, who also sings, the entire concept just felt foreign. Until I met Martin.

We spent about a week together locked behind closed doors in Amsterdam working on a song, which thought might end up be sung by someone else. But as the track progressed is started to sound a lot like me, but also very Martin. It’s a real collaboration with a guy who’s now become a great friend.”

Nada Deva release their brand new single “Tempest”

Nada Deva is that Edmonton-based DJ and producer couple serving dynamic vocals over their infamously seismic drops. Nada Deva’s energy is contagious and electric.

They will take you on a journey through sound that will compel you to jam out with them. Their signature sound is Brazilian Bass and Bass House with epic drops that punch you in the feel-goods. Francesco started DJing and co-producing underground parties back in 2003 as The Protégé, and Jen debuted on the decks in 2010 as MissB.

The first set they ever shared together was in 2011 at Astral Harvest Music Festival, and it was from that moment on they knew they had found their shared passion as the duo Nada Deva.
